I have just recently set up a small manufacturing business in Tasmania whose sole purpose is to make licence plate brackets to match specific vehicles. I market the brackets under the name "Lakin Custom Plate Brackets". Generally we design brackets to fit with the manufacturer's mounting points, but I understand this may not be possible in your case. We also have a design-your-own service.
