  3. Hey guys,

Thinking of getting 350z rims for my v35 coupe, either track or anniversary (most probably track since anniversary seem to be very hard to come by)

Decided to change the way my v35 looked, since there are so many stock silver v35s with stock 18's going around sydney!

Also going to paint my calipers red, and just waiting for my clear indicators!

Will it look good, or keep it stock?

    cheers,

    Danny

I just put the 2008 shadow chrome 350Z wheels on my V35....and it looks a treat! It really lifts the appearance of the whole car. I say go for it!! Didn't need any adjustments or spacers or anything. a direct swap!

  4. Has anyone had any luck at all in selling a V35 lately? I haven't even had one call or enquiry! :P

I think the price is OK...any comments/offers welcome!

    Cheers.

    Hey mate,

with the prices i've seen you're probably looking at 32k-35k Max on the 03' V35 at the moment.

    bummer i know!

  5. how much are they

the reason being, is that we could probably save $$$ on shipping, and being such a common problem i am a bit worried it might happen to me.

with your car only doing 22,000 kms and the motors failing, im worried because ive done double that amount of kms, but havent experienced that problem yet. and i put my windows down every time i get in the car

    -mark

My Passenger side has just stated doing exactly the same thing. very temperamental! interested to know how much it is for a new motor. My car is still under warranty, and the window motor is on the list of defects that the warranty covers..so i might have to sit tight till it happens. My car has just clocked 40k too

  6. not quite.

you need the BCM codes off the BCM in the drivers kick panel

    from there contact nissan japan

wait for immobiliser codes from them

    buy key.

    Hi Guys,

I have some good news for you all. I just got an email back from Nissan Japan today for my PIN. and lo and behold the PIN they gave me for the car is Exactly the same as the one provided to me by TomR33 from his nissan supercode machine!

We may have a solution for the extra key problem!!! TomR33 you may have a small business in this area!

    Ciao

  7. Hello Guys,

My V35 only came with the one key. I had the dealer in which I purchased the car from order the key from Japan.

When it arrived, the dealer had problems trying to get the car to recognise the key. Apparently there was a list of instructions but they are in japanese.

Does anyone know how I can get the car to recognise this new key? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Good luck mate. i'm having the same problem. no one in aus can program the transponder! if you find a way, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

  8. Hi Guys,

just got some new wheels & tyres for my V35. So my original 17 inch wheels for the V35 & tyres are for sale. The tyres are 70% new with Michelin at the rear (245/50/17)& bridgestone at the front(225/50/17). Thought i'd let you guys have a dig before i put it in the classifieds.

Looking at around the $800 mark for the lot, happy to negotiate. PM me if you're interested.

    Cheers, Aj

  9. Hi Guys,

Ok so me and couple of mates are having similar problems with our brakes squealing.

we have all had our front discs(oem) replaced and front and rear brake pads(std nissan pads) replaced.

brakes dont squeal all the time but enough to be very annoying...doesn't matter if we are going forward or in reverse.

    Any ideas ppls??

I had the same problem on the front brakes. But only when i come to a stop slowly. I was told to brke a little harder and a little later for a while so the glazing/shine would come off the discs. Been trying it for a week now. and squeak is getting better. all so the De-squeck stuff from autobarn works really well. i'd say wear the discs and pads in first, then apply the dequeck to the discs. should work.
