I get up at 430 most days. I guess both our lives suckI know the feeling, nothing brightens my day like watching the sunrise while working on some old busted bit of gear that they want miracles preformed on when just last week it was in a graveyard scrap pile, now she is "mint"

Yep thats the average price range with minor rash.
But good condition tends to sell for around 1500.Ive bitten the bullet and going to repair, they suit the stagea, Biffa eng quoted $600 for all 4 to fix kerbing, buckles and repaint
Now just need to find a set of stockies with legal rubber to run around on for a few weeks, anyone got a set?
Will swap 19's for a set of 17n's with ok rubber

no idea, whats a good set worth?
i keep meaning to call Alliance as i have a set of Rays in the shed that could do with some loving. im keen to repair them myself but i dont have the time
Been quoted from alliance between 150-225 per rim, seen decent sets sell for $1000-1500, if i can get 500 for a shit set be easier to buy a good set, but if i cant recoup a little coin i may repair them
-
What do you reckon a set of rough r34 gtr wheels would sell for, all have bad rash, and hate being balanced so id assume couple are buckled, probably only good for skid rims
Trying to decide if i fix them or scrap em....

You love it. I spent all day scanning in a vibro shear manual from 1975 into pdf's then converted into a word document cropped and resized it to a4. 3 hard copies of all manuals for all machinery. 1 on the machienes, 1 in my office and 1 in the big bosses office. Did jha's for all machienery as well. Nice change from welding! We concreted in a totem pole today 1m in the ground for the railway line 3" 2" etc solid bar for hammering lifting pulling and stretching. 8" I beams welded on for strength in the concrete. Nice change:-) loved it!I walked back into a back log of builds, so had to measure a tank/chassis for a water cart, double check a install on a couple service trucks then start printing cables for the water truck.... so much for a nice relaxed week haha
