wat difference does the heat range on them make to performance, warming up of car etc wat heat range is good for a 230-250rwkw r33 gts-t

r33 sounds pretty bad when first start it in morning revs at 1500rpm for a few minutes before going down to 900/ 1000rpm sounds pretty out of place when u rev it to when cold could this be caused by the spark plugs.. like being colder plugs etc or ..... thanks
