Seems like you do indeed have air in the brake likes that run to the rear, when you changed the MC air tends to get into the steel pipe that goes into the MC and will take quite a bit to move all that trapped air all the way down the lines into the caliber and out the bleeder, I would suggest to re bleed the rear brakes some more and see if it comes good

That alignment is so wrong it's not even funny, if the guy doing the wheel alignment can only set them up to what the computer says then he clearly has no idea what he is doing, I am a mechanic have been for ten years and being doing wheel alignments since I was a second year apprentice and I have seen some shocking alignments from tyre shops

Are the flywheel bolts done up tight? When I got my project 33 it had a similar noise which I thought was input shaft bearing until I pulled the box out and found the flywheel bolts had come loose lol

I do believe he said that both high beam work so to me sounds like it could be the globe
-
I'm not surprised you decided against it, putting a rear quarter on a car is a mammoth job lol
-
This might sound stupid but have you checked the globes?

Check your hazard lights switch as a faulty hazard switch can cause you to have no indicators

I can recall something about some relays mounted near the ecu that can cause a no start with a power fc or something like that (was a while ago lol), have you checked the power fc FAQ in the tutorials section?

Not sure if it's the same one as in the 33's but I just put one in my 33 it's a jayair brand, think original part number for it was jd704 which then cross referenced to a new part number but it turns out it also fit the 34's so maybe give that a look
