I drove it from the Gold Coast to Canberra when I thought it was an engine management issue but I think I was lucky. The motor is blowing a bit of oil back through the turbo at higher revs. I have been driving it around Canberra but I wouldn't want to try to drive it too far. I'd love to say it would be fine, so that someone would buy it, but knowing that the problem is worse than I origonally thought I probably wouldn't trust it for a long trip.

Sorry Guys, I'm after around $4500 for the car as is. I will check cylinder compression with oil in the cylinder on Tuesday, thanks for the tip.

I am selling a 1996 Series 1 Stagea. It has very low compression in first cylinder (30psi) The car has 117000km on it and is standard except for: Hybrid front mount intercooler Pod air filter 18 inch Rodney Jane wheels and brand new tyres Microtech LT10 computer As you can see from the pictures car is very straight and interior is in excellent condition. Transmission also works well. I purchased this car from Queensland 4 weeks ago and drove it back to Canberra. A change in circumstances means that I can't afford a replacement motor. The car is sitting at Trojan Motorsport in Canberra at the moment, at this stage I may need to leave it with them as a wreck (if they are interested). I need to make a decision about the car by Tuesday 10th March so I am open to offers. I would prefer to sell the whole car but if I have enough interest, i'll sell parts.
