Any alarm is only as good as the install. Im suggesting if you had problems with a Viper it was the installation and not the unit. If it was the unit it should have been returned undwer warranty if purchased for an Authorised dealer. Viper is alive and well and readily available. If in brisbane id suggest Autobarn.
