    E85 Tuning Issues

    my car in undergoing the conversion from 98 to eflex.. engine rb25 is contently over boosting..

    not the turbo, all supporting mods. i know low timing and more fuel equals over boost but timing is good and fuel isn't that rich..

    ideas what could be the cause?

    hey guys, been a while just after some info or feed back got a s1 33 with gt30 ect. had power fc yet changed to NISSTUNE huge headache and the engine blew. now have a fresh built s2 motor and about to run in and tune. is this a bad idea on nisstune?? i have got my hands on a s2 pfc can i put this on s1 whats the difference if any?? and or go haltech or something?

    any answers appreciated just dont want this bitch to blow again! thanks

    Hey pal I think your being a tosser, if you had read any threads related to E85 on SAU you would realise I'm one of the biggest champion's for the fuel, I love the stuff!

    That comment was a dig at the person who started a new thread for a topic that has plenty of open one's and a shit stir to the guys who have already had there car's tuned by me to run E85!!!

    regardless I like your passion to the subject.

    ok so all this E85 talk is making me horny, however.. never seen it anywhere or talked to anybody that has used it! wondering where can i get it, is it really power gains in the order of 50kw's also whats this 50 50 mix i am hearing of. :dry::D:(

    i dont know much first hand about rb cams but r33 rb25 just doesn't pull like a r34 rb25. 34 just has better power over the whole range.. personally i feel 33 cams are lacking. cams are cheapish and more power is always better. ohh and ebay has wicked prices. im soon to be cammed up with adj cam gears awaiting delivery! :(

    hey, looking for some opinion on the ideal turbo for a rb25det. i know there is the rb25det turbo upgrade thread but i would like some real info from people that have done so. i have a slide high flow.. the stage 3 max oversize one. however looking for more power around 300rwkw have been told gt3076r or kkr 480? even what housing size is optimal any feedback would be great :blink::D

    6 x pink nismo 555cc side feed injectors installed in a 33 gtst plenum.

    regardless of there colour they are to suit a 33gtst and in good working order.
