  1. Selling a genuine Series 1 R33 GTR Grill, its in pretty good condition - has been in garage over the past year. The only thing is that it doesnt have the GTR badge on it, but if you have a GTSt it doesnt matter anyway :P

If you need a badge though im sure someone on here can help you out.

Its advertised on Ebay as well.. but will sell bit cheaper on here for you guys. Im selling it because didnt get round to putting a different kit on.. so im letting it go.

looking for 130 which will include the postage in that price, or 120 pick up if any of you are near Whittlesea in Victoria.. (Northern suburbs..)

    Pm me for any info..

    Cheers,

    Brett

  2. Hi all,

just wanting to get rid of some stuff dont need for the 33 anymore, upgraded my original brakes and removed the shields about a week ago. Items are in melbourne (Epping area). Please note that the prices arent fixed, will take offers. Parts are from '95 series 1 R33.

    1. Stock Rotors / bendix brake pads - 150 ono

They will most likely need machining as the front had a bit of a grinding/vibration feeling before being removed. The pads are alright, although the small pads are fairly worn. Just need a clean up.

    2. Weather shields - 75 ono

Come with fittings and clips. Very good condition. Just missing one clip.

    Or the lot for 200..

Would prefer pick up, but could send the weather shields. Brakes are bit too heavy to post but if you want to organise courier then im fine with that.

    Brakes now reduced to 100..

Also.. weather shields 80 inc postage.. will take offers as well.

  3. Hi,

im looking for the boot lock latches that shut the boot, mainly after the top latch but if you have the bottom as well for a series 1 R33. I'll put up a pic to show the parts im on about.. they are so hard to come by, so if anyone is wrecking out a 33 and has one, let me know please. I've been told that my top latch is faulty and have been looking for over 4 months for the part but cant find anything.

    Cheers,

  5. well just had my R33 Gtst EPA test done and completed. 3 inch all the way with stock twin tip muffler at the end, 85Db. A very big difference from the 99Db Xforce that was on before.. Very suprised that it passed, every mechanic i went to before it was tested said that "no way would it pass with just a stock muffler bolted onto the pipe." Just be carefull of mechanics trying to rip you off.. at least round the Epping area anyways... :D

Big thanks to the guys at U.S Exhausts in Thomastown, Vic. for the custom work on the exhaust and helping out when no one else would.

Now just need to find a decent twin tip muffler to replace the stock one.. :geek:

  6. Depends where you go and who you get i guess. I've used JB (Epping) and Strathfield (Thomastown). Jb installed my front & rears plus pioneer dvd touch screen player and done a very nice job, everything was neat and professionally done. They do charge a little bit but thats the price you pay for not knowing how to do it yourself.

Strathfield on the other hand... they charge a lot and dont give a damn what their installations are like. They put in my sub & amp setup with the amp jammed in next to the battery, ripped the fuse box out from next to the battery as well and cables n shiit were everywhere. Not Good. Although i feel their service is a lot better than JB's.
