  1. nice work there lukey....can you pm me of how many shots are there off my car

To give you and everyone a rough idea of how many shots there are of there cars, there are 61 shots of you from the first 20 minute session. Think for every "good" shot that I've posted there is on average 6 shots that go with it.

  2. Now that everyone had gotten the first session nerves out of the way, people started getting into the flow. With timers available, people were able to find out what times they were running. This made some push harder and try different lines to get there times down.

Others were just out there to have fun.

A great day had by all. A big thank-you to the executives of SAU:SA for organizing the day, especially the bbq for lunch. Also to Mallala Motorsport Park for giving us a track to use and everyone that helped on the day to make the day run smooth.

  3. On Thursday October 7th, SAU:SA held there second private track day held at Mallala Raceway. With a pre-meet at Villi's at 6am, it was bound to be a long day. This did however provide some nice light on the drive up, something I couldn't go past.

Once everyone arrived, they spent little time stuffing around and got to business of getting the cars ready to get out on track. Entrants we're split into three groups, first timers, intermediates and advanced and would go out in 20 minutes sessions.

First cars out, first timers which comprised mainly of street cars/daily drivers

They sure did get stuck into it,

Next up were the intermediates with a good variation of skylines, from R31-R34 and even a Onevia.

Then it was time for the advanced/pro's to come out for there first session. Oddly enough, this was the group that had teh least amount of skylines in it.

  4. Was a good cruise, and good to meet everyone.

Cheers to Ruby for the cruise and Ryan for the lift. Currently working on pics, aiming for either later tonight or tomorrow to have them up. Depends on how much beer i drink :ermm:

PS: I was the guy with the camera blocking my face most of the time.
