Today I took my car for it first service since I bought it, and was informed that both drive shafts needed replacing as they are worn. I then quickly checked my 24/7 warranty to see if they are covered, while reading I noticed it said worn parts will not be covered. Although CV joint are covered, how exactly do I clam on this if my cv joints are worn??? Do I need to wait til they completely fail, I rang 24/7 but surprise surprise they were not willing to give me any advice simply saying worn parts are not covered. Luckly they had not yet processed my warranty so I have time to re-group before speaking to them officially. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated.
