hi there im new to all this stuff i have a problem with my r33 gtst running 6 psi boost with exhaust and front mount also a turbo smart duel stage boost controler and hks bov it seems to stutter and hold back when hitting boost at 3500rmp and holds back right through the rev range could this be a fuel problem im told they rum 7 psi standard so y is this so
