    R32 Tomie Tinted Tail Light Covers?

    they're just covers that go on your lights. $300 is a bit excessive for em, they used to come up in japanese auctions for $80 to $100 for a set.

    they look kinda ugly when fitted anyway as they remove the characteristic sunken stoveplate look.

    Yeah, they have been on eBay for awhile now, i can't justify paying $300 though....you could just buy another set of lights and tint them with film or spray them with nightshade and get the same look !

    R32 Gtr Wing On R32 Gts-t Boot

    Hey all,

    I have 2 boots, GTR and GTS-T boot-lids both with the stock standard wings, i was curious if anyone has tried or seen this been done, but can you fit the GTR wing on the GTS-T boot-lid ?

    In theory they should be the same, but im unsure if the holes for the bolts are different ? or slightly up or down compared to one or the other, if so, you could switch the wings around and all you'd have to do with the GTS-T boot-lid is plug up the center hole where the taillight wires go up ?

    I want to try and find this out before i remove the wings to find out :blink:

    Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

    Norton is just pure rubbish and a resource hog,

    Use NOD32, its got a 30 day free day trail, and if runs out just buy it ? or reinstall it to restart the trail again.

    I've been using it for a number of years now and its never let me down thus far, so its one anti virus i can vouch for!

    Fantastic info, cheers for that.

    One issue i always am concerned about is cleaning the engine bay. After spraying a degreaser in the engine bay, is it OK just to squirt a high pressure hose around in there? (am i going to stuff up any electrics?)

    Just don't go spraying directly at the backs of the plugs (electrics) they have a compound which is waterproofed to an extent so they don't get moisture inside them, high pressure cleaning the plugs will result in destroying that waterproofing.

    My R32 Projectors definitely took the H1 globes and not H3. So I guess all R32 Projector headlights aren't the same.

    Have a look at the photo's in the first post, my headlights are exactly the same, so there's obviously a few running around with H1 globes.

    Of note, my Fog lights do take H3 bulbs.

    Yeah, mine are the same clips, i wanna find some spare so i don't stuff my original ones :P

    R32 A/c Not Cold?

    This is what really throws me off about the A/C, Everything else has been done, re-gassed all the components have been looked over and are fine.

    When i turn the car on and hold down the off button on the climate control it enters diagnostic mode, then when i go to press the heat button and cycle through 41-47 fan and vent test the A/C compressor comes on and cold air shoots through the vents like it should.

    But when i have the CC in normal operation and press the A/C button it doesn't come on and cold air doesn't come through ? Does this mean the CC unit is faulty ? I can't think of what else it could be.

    found it for $79 on CDWOW .... heaps better than the EB price of $140

    $140 at EB ?! They sure are getting steep on pricing !

    Check out the steam store, they will surely have it cheaper if you pre-purchase it !

    What Petrol To Use?

    Hey i was wondering whether a 1998 r34 skyline will take the new e10 petrol or will it destroy the motor?

    Personally, wouldn't even think of putting E10 in a skyline :cool: I've always used 98 from BP, Then again depends if its turbo or non-turbo ? The non-turbo could probably take 95 ? You'll have to get someone to confirm this.

    Anyone Know How To Unlock Mobile Phones?

    As the title says guys just looking for a way to unlock a mobile phone, a nokia e63 in particular, without having to contact the network.

    Thought some of the pc buffs on here might know.

    Not that i know of, im pretty sure you have the contact the service provider and let them unblock it for you since its locked to that network, im guessing your trying to avoid the unlocking fee ?
