I have tried searching, but haven't come across anything. I couldn't see it on the engine bay fuse box. Any help is appreciated.

I dont understand how you can "pass" the exemption onto the new buyer. A exemption is specific to an individual NOT the car it self...

Im just about to block my bov for the "flutter" noise. Just to confirm all i need to do is disconnect my bov , cut a piece of coke can to fit the shape of the bov, and then put some gasket glue on and then screw it back on?

Do i need to use a double layer of coke can sheet because it is very thin?
