Built on a sports sedan platform, the FX50 features ATTESA-E TS Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, 4-wheel independent double-wishbone suspension and large 4-wheel disc brakes.
Also available is Continuous Damping Control (CDC) suspension, Rear-Active Steer, Intelligent Brake Assist and 21-inch aluminum-alloy wheels designed by Enkei.
The 5.0-litre 32-valve DOHC V8 develops 291kW and 500Nm.
The transmission is a 7-speed automatic with Adaptive Shift Control and solid magnesium paddle shifters.

From what I can tell the rear wheel drive maunaal 350s was only available in 2003-2004 before the PM35 model AXIS and AXIS S were released.

I didn't know that the Aero Selection included a suspension upgrade and black on black interior as well as the aero kit.

Until I saw this site I had no idea you could get a 2001-2003 M35 with the VQ35DE engine.

Does anybody know where you can get "black" headlights like these:
I think they really toughen up the front end of the M35.

There is good thread on the G35 Driver forum in the USA which is a guide to replacing both the audio and cruise controls:
