  1. My R32 had a clutch dampener(might not be the technical term). They are designed for smooth engagement of the clutch. Might not be functioning correctly? I removed mine and noted much sharper feel and can change gears heaps quicker. Its located opposite the slave cylinder on the body. Just remove the 10mm bolt that holds it on and join the flex line from the slave to the the hard line from the master, in effect bypassing the dampener. Bare in mind that Nissan would have put it in for a reason and you don't want to shock that fragile R32 box.. Hope this helps.
