  1. I have for sale a 2004 model Evo 8 MR

Comes with the following factory options:

    - BBS lightweight alloy wheels

    - Vortex Generators

    - Weather shields

Modifications have been kept to a minimum:

    - DBA slotted rotors up front

    - Project Mu slotted rotors rear

    - Endless pads all round.

    - 5% tint

    - For some reason the bonnet grill came in bare aluminum on the MRs, so I had this powder coated Black by Chris at CRAVED coatings.

The car came with a Fujitsubo cat back and the dealer threw in a set of Ralliart floor mats and a HKS panel filter.

I also have a brand new Walbro 255L/h fuel pump which is ready to go in, this will be given to the new owner.

It currently has 63000km and only 1 months rego.

    So price wise.

$31k ono as is or $32k with full 12 months rego.

I need this car gone by the weekend.

  2. Already found another car so this one has to go.....

Just been serviced recently at Pro Concept for its 40k service.

All belts and fluids were changed when I first bought the car.

I have only owned the car since March this year, the only modifications are a set of front brake rotors and Nismo R tune pads all round.

Car was purchased from an import dealer and hence is still under warranty.

Rare to find in the premium + brembo+ manual.

Paid $45k for it in March.

    I want $41k ono

Reasons for selling are due to changes in my life where I need some extra capital to invest in the new business. Plus it requires a fair bit of driving hence, a more fuel efficient 4 banger would be easier on the wallet.

  3. Inner city these days.

The car's going to Pro Concept tomorrow so they can drain the gearbox fluid and see what lumpy bits fall out. I'll need to have ordered a clutch within a day or two of that, once I work out what I'm doing.

My head says "Nismo twin plate Coppermix", my heart says "ATS twin plate carbon", but my wallet says "JWT single plate".

    Alan.....use your head !!! :D

Not trying to hijack the thread, but while we are on the topic of the transmission side of things, anyone know if the Cs Z33 short shifter will fit the V35 ?

  4. Hi guys.

Sorry I havent made a proper intro....will do one in the next week or so when I finally get the net connected in my new place.

Anyways as the title suggests, just wondering if anyone else has a "PIT" warning come up on the screen everytime you start the car.

Pretty sure its just a notice to take your car in for service, I have already had the car serviced and all the fluids changed as soon as I bought the car.

I just wanna know how to get rid of the warning as its starting to get annoying.

    Thanks in advance...

  5. Hey Champ it's RJ..lol

    very very nice

i love the rear on the first pic man...

i just wish u told me u were sellin ur 34 bout 6 months earlier...

    i hate u...

atleast ill be able to beat u in this...for now...:-(

by the way...when u gonna let me drive this!

Hahaha I didnt know you were on here..

Saw ya at Hunter last night. I stopped by for a few drinks with my mate after the photos.

  6. Nice one dude. Such a clean looking car, nice and classy.

Are you going to get the aftermarket front grill surround that deletes the grill? (like on that black one)

    Hey wil...

Nah im gonna keep the stock grill, I actually prefer the look of it over the blank insert like on the black one

  7. Yeah I kinda miss the power, but nothing a twin turbo kit wont fix :domokun:

Nah im happy with the car as it is. Have different goals for this car.

Power will come later when I can afford to buy, maintain and modify an R34 GTR without resorting to living off bread and water :)

  8. Picked her up today after almost 2 months of pain waiting for compliance...

Car is completely stock except for the 19 inch GT-Cs and Tein coilovers.

Premium model with all the extras and a rare find in manual with the Brembo brakes. Few MINOR things need to be touched up or modified on the car but overall im very happy with the way the car drives and handles.

Loving the torque of the VQ !

Not as fast or as raw as the 34 but I think I can get used to this.

Already booked the car in for tint and will be taking it to G&S to get the rear badges removed next week. Alarm will follow shortly and I will leave it at that for awhile.

Anyways enough talk, here are some pics taken tonight on its virgin outting.

Shot at various locations around Sydney and CBD

  9. "Suspension upgrades and engine internals are the only areas which need to be looked at to "complete" the car. "

Think he explained it there :)

    Thanks mate :)

As for the km, dont you think I would have wound it back below 100k if I did ?

Im not a fan of doing that and id rather be honest, hence I kept it at the GENUINE kms which have been serviced without fail at every 5000km at Pro Concept.

Hahah Dave...what you doing on msnismos account ?

Yeah im gonna miss your "custom" screamer hehehe......if I ever get another screamer im tracking you down
