  1. Unfortunately for some unknown reason, my car doesn't have the original blue VIN plate. Instead, it has the Aus compliance plate in the place where the blue one would be. The only thing that would link my car back to Japan would be the id above and that came up as inconclusive in the FAST program :)

  2. Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll try and trace it back and see where it comes from. Could it be anything related to the dash, such as the clock or even the tacho? Reason i ask is that ever since discovering this wire, the clock resets itself to 1:00 every time i start the car. The tacho also doesn't function anymore... :) One more thing, although the car is a GTS-T, it's been transplanted with an 25DE engine. Hopefully this extra info comes in handy to someone

  3. wasted effort if you decide to go to RMIT...... SHIT HOLE!!! Pathetic excuse for a uni

Oh really? I've heard all but good things for RMIT from close friends who went there. Any reason?

  4. Just work hard.. I know it's harder than it sounds but I honestly think the high grades in year 12 comes down to how motivated and focused you can be. If you can discipline yourself to keep your head down I think you should be fine. I mean, a tutor will probably be great if your having difficulties and all but at the end of the day you still have to put it into action.......

    anyway, fatherly rant over. :)

Yeah, that's true. While I admit that i can be a bit of a slacker sometimes...I do study and I'm fortunate to get pretty good grades. But like what most families would say, fairly good grades just doesn't cut it. :)

  5. For all those that have taken a tutor while they were in school, mind if you post up their details? Wouldn't mind a few tips in order to get decent ENTERS. I'm hoping to get myself into the Auto Engineering course at RMIT.
