A manual swap isn't too hard, but it's the time and effort required. I have been stalking Robbie's thread... plus a few others. I'm not going to buy till January as I'm overseas till then.

Teins have huge Aus support, there are so many places that will reco them for you.

I'm chasing a manual, though I have thought about doing a manual conversion if I can source it all for the right price. I'm not sold on the 260s as I'm planning on using it for a tow car, and I think they are too nice to be used for that. I'm also thinking the R34 front conversion might be a good project down the track, which I wouldn't even consider on a 260.
I've look at the M35s, apparently they aren't too bad, though I like the thought of having the same drivetrain in the tow car as the track car; will make maintenance a breeze.
Also, as far as budget goes, I'll looking around the 15k mark, but if it's nice enough I may stretch it a little. And if it's in need of work in the right places (ie things I can fix myself) I'm not against saving money.

Have a pair of on-car adjustable R31 castor arms. Were used on my Z31 200ZR but have since switched to S15 arms.

S15 brakes and hubs. Bought with a S15 rear frame, but ended up using Skyline brakes. Unsure of condition since I haven't used

Kakimoto Racing 3" exhaust with 4" tip. No longer fits on the car. Was brand new on the car when I imported it August 2010. V good condition. Also have a piece of 3" piping I'll throw in with it.

Lowering Rb25Det

I need to lower where my RB25DET sits in the engine bay. As it stands, as it moves under power it hits the strut brace. If you've never come across this drama it's because it sits in a Z31.
I hear that by using RB20 Brackets with RB30 mounts it will lower the engine. My question is by how much? Is there then sump clearance issues?
