Whats The Best Turbo For A31?

He has a Cefiro with an RB20DET. It was a boost controller and airpod. He wants a turbo that achieves full boost at around 5k rpm. Woud the KKR430 do this as the budget would not stretch far enough for a GT3071? Is the quality of a KKR430 ok considering its a chinese knock off. Thanks -
Im wanting to buy a turbo for my husband for Xmas,was looking at a KKR430 but not sure! Anyone got suggestions??
