  1. Hi guys

I have two doors off a A31 Cefiro:

    • Drivers - has a dent at door handle area
    • LH rear - straight

Been in storage for years and in the process one door has copped a dent and both have scratches from storage.

Glass on both are fine. No door cards but available separately.

    Price $100 each

    Location: Noble Park VIC

    Contact Neraj - Phone: 0404 00 11 83  e: [email protected]

I am clearing out heaps of stuff so if you need anything specific let me know and I will check (mostly interior bits and pieces left)

  2. Wow! I have never heard similar stories happening with local cars!

Come on man, really, you make it sound like a car here is immune to such risks. May I suggest you hold this view as you are trying to sell your own car?

If you buy good quality cars from Japan it lessens the risks dramatically, especially if you can see the auction reports. We have imported a few cars, none giving problems. I know this as I regularly keep in touch with buyers. I have also trusted the cars enough to sell to friends. On many occasions cars have not been purchased due inherant problems...

That is not to say a car that has been here is rubbish, its just that the history of it can be questionable...

  3. Yeh true akeenan, although the car is not as highly valued by the Japanese (in monetary terms anyway), the Japanese generally seem more willing to burn money on their cars.

I have noticed (a bit of a generalisation) that aus owners always look for the 'cheap n easy' fix!

If you don't believe me just look at the money spent on my

x-Zed. The value of mods on that thing was many times the car cost! Look at how much money is spent on S13's in Japan, for what is a very cheap car over there.

  4. Ahhh that car is $9,990 PLUS compliance costs, which for R33's at present is not cheap at all! So there you have it!

Anyway, that place is very close to me, and I have personally seen many of his cars at the panel beater prior to being ready for sale. Yep, they all look good in the yard, but you have no idea of how they once were. This unfortunately is the case with many of the cheap imports on the market...

  5. I don't get it ... you want a NA, but a Silvia K would be considered???

Also I think you should reconsider your options with that budget.

If you manage to find a NA R33 for under $10K it will be an absolute POS. Even then you may not have much luck...

A NA 180Sx will be even harder, as these were built from 1996 on and had better interior and round tail lights etc...

  6. Hey mo fo's ... I go to Monash Clayton, studying Commerce! Don't ask what yr I am in ... long story!

But yeh, used to have a red silvia with gold wheels, had a black 180 for a while, also wore the gold wheels from the silvia.

mcmn=Paul? where you been hiding biatch? Got a R33 you may be interested in... And maybe head down to uni in the Z 2moz if I can twist the old man's arm far enough...

  7. Sandblasting and powdercoating done at two seperate places in Dandenong ... not sure of company names.

Are you from the SEast? If not there should be someone in your area that can offer the same service.

If you are from the SEast, these two companies would be my recommendation, between myself and brother we have given them heaps of work, so they look after us.

  8. Yeah it is ...

If you powder coat them, then decide you want another colour, you get them sand blasted.

But you will have to get them re-powdercoated after, as the raw finish after its sand blasted is yuck!

What suburb are you from, I got mine done at a reasonable price, but that was only the wheels centres which I removed off the rim, not the whole wheel.
