They are backed by IAG I think? Also for claims they have a number you can call but everything else is online. Looked at Bingle and for a claim you have to email so thats why I went with the Buzz as would want to speak to someone in person. They have online chat which was pretty good and hopefully i don't need to take out a claim anyway.
