    R32 GTR air con compressor rebuild?

    G'day, looking for recommendations for an air con rebuild for an R32 GTR.

    Asked for a leak test before finally getting a regas, turns out it's leaking from the compressor. The shop says it won't touch imports though because the parts are going to be hard to find.

    Now I'm looking for a place to help me out.

    Any info would be appreciated.

A friend gave me one from his GTR and it measured 60 ohm. Now I can hear the compressor kick in. I removed the mode selector motor and hooked it up to my bench top power supply. It moves, so I moved it to a position where it was shorting one of the "combs". Installed it back into the car and it works! The aircon is cold, but not icy cold. I think during the sun it will not be good enough.

    I ran the tests and get no fault codes. The temps as 32,32.5,25, 4-10. Is the refrigerant temp too low or is this normal? It was reading much higher before I fixed the relay.

    I haven't yet checked if my temp control door is working correctly, but I know for sure that is directs hot air at my feet if I set the temp to 32.

    Temperatures look okay.

    My aircon seems to be cold when it's below 25 degrees but when it hits 30+ it won't cool the cabin..Does anyone know if this is a sign of low refrigerant or if my compressor has just carked it?

    I opened it up and re-soldered the pins on the actuator and it works again

    seems like my values are fine but blend door motor isn't working so just ordered a new one from Nissan via japan

    ITEMS LOCATED IN EASTERN SUBURBS MELBOURNE

    ITEM: Custom dump and front pipes to suit RB26. These were taken off -5s so it should fit most applications.

    Bell mouth dump pipes into custom front pipe which measures 3" into a 3.5" Y-pipe into a 3" flange.

    These came off a 320kw GTR.

    CONDITION: As seen in photos.

    REASON FOR SALE: Bought these on a whim, never bothered to have them installed because I'm not making that much power anyhow.

    PRICE: $250 for both

    ITEM: Power FC L-Jetro (PFC GTR33L 020-0992) with hand controller

    CONDITION: Good; been bubblewrapped and stored away. Have not had it installed/tuned since I bought it.
