  1. Guys, The Cd number is relevant, but it's only part of the story... The actual drag force is calculated by D = Area x Cd x 1/2 * rho * (velocity)**2 rho is the air density and velocity squared is just that, speed mulitplied by itself. The half rho v squared part will be the same no matter what the vehicle, so the difference in drag force comes down to Cd mulitplied by frontal area. The McLaren has less frontal area than a Skyline R30 and so it will have a lower total drag force. cheers, Howard.
