  1. Cars going really good. Took it out for a test and tune day last Thursday. Justin from Blacktrack was driving it. Got 3 x 1000ft passes in. 9.1 off the trailer. Followed by 9.0 and 8.8 at 116mph. With a 1.25 60ft. Would of been nice to get a full pass in but the rain put a stop to that. That's also with the car at 28psi and nos only on the transbrake.

  2. Have you fired it up yet

Can't wait to here what this beast will do

Yeah cars been running. Next time I go over ill get a video of it. Hopefully see the dyno before the end of the month and looking like at this stage giving it a test run in November. Not long now.

  3. Awesome build

Always waiting for updates on your car

What size & brand is your cooler

Hope you get some videos when you fire it up / on the dyno / and most important of all when you let it go down the drag strip

    Intercooler is a Plazmaman race spec unit. 1400hp. 600mm x 300mm. 100mm thick.

  4. Not long now before a start up. Maybe/ would of had it out for Jambo next month in Queenland. But family has to come first as we have just had another baby girl. So hopefully before the end of the year you'll see this thing out and about. Windows are in. Everything's wired up. Few little things left. Then dyno time.

  5. Ah right.

Are these pics of an old build? Looks similar to a car that was built by PAC.

It does look similar to the PAC r33. My car hasn't been running yet. You may have seen some pictures before its coming up to 4.5 years build time. Think Plazmaman had it as there profile picture on Facebook for a while. This is the Blacktrack Performance R33.

  6. Looks unreal, who did the panel and paint work? Are they putting in new rubbers for the glass or are you sticking on lexan?

Place is closed now. Was kranky kustoms. Lexan it is for the windows. Only thing I wasn't real happy with was the old rubbers around the side windows.

  7. just curious, why was the rear quarters cut?

I can't exactly remember why as it was done nearly 3 years ago but I think because we only mini tubbed to the chassis when we put the taller tyres on there was a chance on the growing and smashing into the arches. Plus I think there was issues with getting the tyres out without having to jack the car sky high. Maybe should have gone all out on bigger tubs but at the time car was still going to have street rego
