  1. Hey Sean, I know a few people who have received theirs but they all collected them in person at events. I don't know why Tony hasn't responded to your messages, if you wan't his mobile number PM me and I'll give it to you.

No worries, yeah all good i have his number but i don't want to call him and be annoying.

I assume he's got heaps going on at work.

  2. I drove my old 350GT here in QLD for just under 2 years with no issues with police, i did get pulled over twice in that time - 1st cop tried telling me it's turbo'd which was a good laugh and the 2nd time i was only asked how many kilowatts it had.. as Greg says, legal in QLD but i have no idea elsewhere.

  3. Hey guys,

Just wanted to get some information on Tamiya RC cars.

I would love to get in the hobby of building and modifying RC cars and i would like to buy a R32/34GTR.

Where's the best place to buy them from?

How much should i expect to pay for one that's built and ready for use?

How easy are they to get parts for & are they expensive to build?

I don't have the facilities at home to own a real GTR or else i would.. i think this would be a fun thing to play around with in my spare time as i don't really have many hobbies.

    thanks in advance.

  4. i just saw it again the other day Cal, definitely a GT-T. First time i saw it it was from a bit of a distance, but y/day it drove straight passed me and it is 100% not a GTR..

Yeah the front bar looks a bit standard but i think it had something different about it, either way it didn't really tickle my fancy.

  5. saw a white R34 come past work today, had a sunroof black wheels and a realllly different bodykit. It looked and sounded like a GTR, snapped my neck to try and get a look at the boot and didn't see a badge so it must have been a heavily modded R34 GT-T. First time i've seen it. Anyone know anything about it? Sounded nice and looked pretty good but the front bumper was a bit ehhh..

  6. If you are considering buying the vehicle through a dealership i would strongly suggest sitting down with a business manager and tell them you're comparing rates.

Firstly sit down with your bank and see what you can do, go back to the dealer and get them to better it.

This is what a lot of my customers do and end up saving themselves some money.
