  1. Year:1994

    Make: Nissan

    Model: Skyline GTR VSPEC 2

    Kilometers: 136,xxx

    Rego: July 2015

    Location: Sydney NSW

    Price: 22,500 neg

Up for sale GENUINE VSPECII 1994 Nissan Skyline GTR. This is the last of the GTR's made
and is a genuine vspec which as you may know is becoming a truly rare car. Car has 136XXX
genuine km's (Japanese rego papers as proof). First owner since import. The overall
condition of the car is good for its age, but with all these cars getting older a few things are
showing its age. The engine runs good and feels healthy.
In the factory white colour this car comes out great with a good wash and always gets
attention when I drive it. I really don’t want to sell my pride and joy but the time has come
and due to new circumstances (saving for a house) the car has to go. The car is overall in
good condition but just little attention will make this car shine and being a VSPECII this car
will hold its value far better than a regular GTR.The car will suit either tuning or an
enthusiast looking to return the car to original as the mods are easily reversible as overall it
hasn’t been molested too far it to not become an original VSPECII again.
The car has been taken good care over the 1 and a half years of owning it. Car is always
covered and washed regularly. Interior is very clean. Serviced regularly (every 5 months or
5000kms). The car is currently running great, at boost controller set at 19 psi it gives a real
punch over a stock GTR. All electronics work. Since owning the car it hasn't given me any
major issues. The car has never seen the track and I never race the engine. I always
allowed the engine to warm up before driving and never hit boost until operating
    temperature.
    Mods include:
    - HKS Super dragger cat back exhaust
    - HKS EVC 5 boost controller
    - HKS turbo timer
    - APEXi super suction kit (pod filters)
    - Pod filter cover (designed for a 33 so doesn’t fit perfectly)
    - Nismo/N1 turbos
    - Immobiliser and alarm (with remote key)
    - Head unit JVC
    - Silkroad/Section RMA/8 coilovers
    - Oil catch can
    - Mines tuned factory ECU
    Parts fitted include:
    - Front + rear factory Nissan strut braces
    - Genuine Brembo pads + DBA rotos fitted all round (6,000 kms ago)
    - Timing belt kit + drive belts + coolant have been replaced (5,000 kms ago)
    - Leather Hand brake and gear boot replaced
    - Brake fluid flushed and replaced
    - Fuel Filter replaced
    - Front crank seal
    - Both front drive shafts have been replaced
    - 320 km speedo
    - Momo steering wheel (ride side is showing its age and is wearing)
    - Front Lip plasti dipped black (can be easily peeled off)
    - Custom no. plates
    - Nismo Floor mats
    - Nismo seat belt cover
    - Darkest legal window tint
    - Genuine Subaru Lock nut set (with receipt if you ever lose the key)
    Bad points:
    - A/C tensioner and belt has been removed as the bearing in the tensioner was getting noisy
and was removed to be fixed but never got around to it (A/C was working before removing
belt and tensioner) ( A/C tensioner bracket will be provided with purchase of car)
    - drivers door appears to have rust and has cracked the paint
    - All 4 tyres are shagged and will need to be replaced
    - Odometer shows different km's as cluster has been changed to a 320km speedo ( car is
currently rego'ed to the odometer reading of 90,000)
    - Dash bubbles (common)
    - Slight knock from rear end. This can easily be fixed by adjusting the pre-load up on the
coilovers (too loose at the moment) or by putting the factory suspension back in.
At the right price 4 tyres will be replaced along with 6 months rego renewed.
With purchase original factory shocks and springs will be come with car. Factory ECU will
    also come with purchase.

  2. Rims are 18x10 + 13 tyres 275/25/18 and 25mm spacers on the front (won't clear brakes without them).

So Yeh I got a major issue with the wheels touching the front and back of the guard while turning. I can only get half a turn before they touch. I'm gonna go wide body guards on the front. Does anyone know how much the veil side front guards extend by?

  3. Item: Set of Desmond Regamaster Marquis Promada 17x10 +20 offset. Tyres are Federal 595-RSR's (255/40/17)

    Price: $2000

    Location: Hornsby,Sydney NSW

Willing to post: No, but may consider Courier pick up.

These wheels are in excellent condition with only one having very slight gutter rash. Two tyres will need replacement.

These are great aftermarket wheels and are becoming rare as production has discontinued..

Very nice looking rim on GTRs as the fitment is perfect (if you're not into the overly aggressive stance look). They sit pretty much flush with the guards and being 17s it will give no problems as a straight bolt up to your car. No guard rolling or anything required.

Happy to negotiate price, within reason.

Any questions please feel free to contact me on 0434 628 733 or PM.

  4. I know this topic has been beaten to death numerous times but I just wanted an experienced opinion on what weight of oil you guys would use in my car.

Its an r32 gtr 94 model with about 130k kms on the clock and no serious mods (basically stock). Now seeing as factory weight is 7.5-30, in your opinions would you guys go full syn 5w-30 or 10w40?

  5. Yeah as above

My car isnt built for economy, but there is alot you can do to have the best (possible) of both worlds. This way you can baby it around town/on the highway and still get half decent economy and then have some fun when you want to.

The RB25 will never be the most fuel efficent engine but there is a bit you can do to make it half decent.

It's not like we mod it and go 'yeah its got power now so f**k fuel economy, I'll run AFR's of 12:1 everywhere' it doesnt work like this, the big benefit of turbocharged cars is it is possible to drive off boost and not be demanding piles of fuel

You know when you boost, you accordingly use more petrol. And if you think leaning out the air to fuel ratio with more air will help it will only lead to problems such as pinging and overheating valves etc.

  6. um no, 10L/100km from 70ltrs is 700km so how is 12L/100km from 70ltrs 840km

since your trying to find units per hundred it's 70/12x100 which gives 583 from 70ltrs

    to proof it,

you are working per 100km so you need to change the distance to number of hundreds, so 583/100=5.83 that's 5.83 hundreds

now how many hundreds per tank or 70ltrs for this equation 70/5.83=12.006, that's 70ltrs divided by 5.83 hundreds gives 12.006 liters per hundred

my R32 GTR has 261rwkw for daily duties, I filled up at the Shell servo around the corner from my house a St Marys then drove to Orange and back then around my area for a few days and got 673km from the tank and put 62 liters in which filled it back up

    673/100= 6.73 62/6.73=9.21L/100km

Sorry it was a typo I was meant to write 72L not 70 cause a r32 gtr has a 72L tank.

I think I stuff it all up and its around 600km or something for 72L tank

  7. Hey guys, thought I would put my 2 cents into this. I work at a subaru service centre as a technician (no im not an apprentice) and I test drive a lot of the new STi's I work on.

So first things first, yes they are very underwhelming in the performance side especially for how they look (big wing, big guards, big brembos and big wheels). The power comes on strong at first but just goes flat around the mid range of the RPM and it is very disappointing. Now these are the factory STis. I must admit I have a soft spot for them because I choose to work at subaru as I have a passion for them.

Now this is coming from someone that owns a 94 R32 GTR jdm and I will say, just with a flash tune and an exhaust, the STi is more exciting. Now the power comes on strong and stays pulling all the way to redline and you have torque at all RPM ranges. Now I only own a stock 32 and cant really say much for the modded scene, but as it stands now, I would rather be sitting in a lightly modded STi then a stock 32.

But with all that being said, im still not gonna ever own an STi. The raw presence of a GTR is legendary and unbeatable. I love my 32 to bits and will never sell it.

  8. It was good enough for the Nissan / Gibson Motorsport cars to retain it. ATTESSA doesn't just work off wheelspin.

Im pretty sure the group A racing cars back in the day had to retain the same configuration as the road car, so they had to retain all that I think.

But even saying that, if they could change it I doubt they would of. I really cant see the ATTESSA slowing a car down especially when you install a torque controller for constant AWD, they really handle well.

  9. hmm your complaining about 16L/100km? I had a modded RS liberty turbo (full tune, STI turbo, full exhaust, 190kw) and I was getting close to the 25L/100km around town. Now THATS bad. Whats worse is the small tank in Subaru's (RS liberty's had around a 55 litre tank, small for a fairly large sedan).

But with the new figures your getting I would be very happy. My 32 GTR is on about 18-20L/100km depending on my driving and its pretty much stock.
