Does anyone have a pic of the inside temp sensor on a R32? My sensor is missing and I'm having problems finding the plug that it would of used. A pic would be mighty handy
-
Can anyone help me out?
-
Lol Its a long story involving me not checking PM's in time
Got it this time though!

Mine squeaks when the clutch is pushed in. Its the thrust bearing in my case. Not worth fixing till you get a new clutch put in in my opinion. Or if it really annoys you get it fixed and throw in a new clutch anyway

I so want some of those titanium rimmed babies. $1000 a rim though is perhaps a bit to much

I'll go the last one. Could you email me yr details. I have a tendency to not check my PM's fer months.

Well...... Thats why I can't find it. Theres nothing screwed in behind that vent!!
Theres also no wires in that tubing
Do the thermistor wires run along with the cigarette lighters wires?
Is there a clip that plugs into the thermistor?
If I can find the damn wires i can fix it but its a bit hard due to the amount of custom wiring I seem to have.
Might see if I can take a pic. Might make it easier to identify.

Hmmm
45 is a number of one of the operation checks you can run in diagnostic mode so shouldnt be anything to worry about.
If you press the amb button this number should change to another 40 number.

Where is the internal temperature sensor for the climate control on a R32???
I've had a bit of a look but I can't see it. Not that I know what it looks like

Does any one know a good car alarm installer, preferably on the North-west coast?
Have a nice shiny viper alarm here ready to be installed in my GTR and no one to do it.
I've tried a couple of places up here but no luck yet.
Cheers

Aha nice guide.
My inside temp shows as -30!!! Thats why it always blows hot frigging air. Good to get this fixed before summer.
I also get error 22 pointing again to the inside sensor. Do I need to replace this sensor? Where is it located so I can poke it
-
I havent been around lately but...
Finally got the rear wheels off my GTR.... Had to get a socket machined down so it would fit into the holes of my wheels, then beat the shit out of it so it would stick to the security nuts enough to get them loose. About to go clean up the rotors and paint them up a little along with a general cleanup under there.

Wtb: R32 Inside Ambient Temp Sensor

On the surround that goes around the gear stick, stereo, climate control and what not there is a small hole on the right hand side looking from the front. Mounted behind this should be the sensor. It looks like its mounted with 2 screws. But maybe not since mine just isnt there.
Does that help? I can get a photo tommorrow otherwise.
