  1. Im sorry but do not really get much of it I have put the key to on and again measured to voltage at different points At the connector going into the ignitor im getting around 9-10v Checking the output of the ignitor im getting 0.6v Should i be checking while cranking? Coil packs have 0.8ohm resistance when bench tested (should i be checking the input voltage from the harness)
  2. Cant start my RB25DET R33 No spark Have tried reading the service manual but finding it slightly confusing I believe its the ignitor Have confirmed voltage input with the key 'on' to 6 of the plugs (i believe one is an earth so thats fine and power is coming to ignitor) Have pulled out the ignitor and attempted to read the resistance to every combination (one side had 6 plugs and the other 7) Have read every combination and in reverse and am getting no6resistance reading (1. on multimetre) Did read another post here with the video where in reverse there should be a resistance reading ) Should this be right in meaning my ignitor is gone? Wierd how all 6 outputs are coming as no reading
  3. Noob question but would all these things mentioned go wrong while the car is garage? Car was not even turned over 12 months prior to this issue. Was thinking of draining the fuel and maybe replace the filter first then maybe fpr and then move onto plugs - coils - ignitor
  4. Misfire on boost under load Hi Just fired up my car after 2 years (new fluids and battery and starts and idles fine). After warming it up reved it a bit in neutral and its all sweet. Now took it for a spin up the road and whenever im about to hit boost the car misfires (well maybe not misfire but splutters) Car has spitfire coil packs and from what i believe its not ignition related (boost would still kick in and it would misfire in neutral but i could be wrong with the skyline) Also fuel filter and fuel pump was replaced around 2 months prior to garaging the car. Feels smooth when revved in neutral. Any ideas what it could be and also what i should check thanks
  5. Bought it for my R33 S1 as it was missing a bit (ended up being the fuel pump causing problems) Worked fine but took it off and put the original back on $100 ono Sydney
  6. thats right but from what i know s2 are pink label? if its green let me know
