  1. Just looked up the GTech on the net-looks fantastic. I might have to get it soon. Despite what my page says, I drive a golf R32 and love it but can't imagine what an R35 GTR would feel like. How did you come to afford? I wish I could.

  2. Thanks for the extremely in-depth reply. I am only commenting cos I can't PM yet. How does the GTech measure power at the wheels? That's a pretty impressive power increase for an exhaust system. Does your GTR now have that brilliant rorty sound that I've heard on GTR's with modded exhausts on youtube?

  3. I'm aware of your disappointed in acceleration times. Have you posted in sub 4 second 0-100 times since or got close?

  4. Check out this video I found of a Hennessey tuned GTR- just ballistic!

  5. even if they were the same money.

  6. One noticeable difference over your STI I assume would be almost no turbo lag in the R35. Nissan has done an incredible job with the GTR considering Porsche's turbo reportedly has quite a bit of lag. In terms of weight and handling how does it differ to the STI? Nissan apparently have done a remarkable job masking the weight of the GTR. I would prefer a GTR over a Porsche turbo even if they we

  7. Yeh I can only imagine how it would feel to drive one. After 1000kms approximately how far have you gone into the throttle? Have you gone full throttle yet? I know they obviously very slow laps, but do you recall your best lap time at Wakefield? I would be very interested to know. Thanks mate.

  8. Could these slower times also be due to the fact that the cars are quite new meaning they haven't completely been run in and are a bit tight? Were these tests done using launch control? If so, it probably has something to do with the revised L.C system- I would probably rather a more reliable car even knowing that it is slightly slower to 100. Realistically, how often would you be launching the car from 0-100. If more realistic statistics like rolling acceleration are slower than the JDM and US spec cars then I believe there is massive cause to be annoyed with Nissan Australia. Anyway, good luck with your car.
  9. Seeing you won an R35, I was wondering whether you have done any performance tests because I heard the AU cars are running less boost than the JDM cars. Have you tracked your car yet?
