Yer it doesn't have to be gender related, just something I liked the idea of, something with chick, girl etc. in it, I'm a girly girl apart from the fact I like cars, enjoy talking about cars and have a skyline. The plates will be hot pink anyway haha might not need to state gender...

I can hear the motor working and the sunroof moves a bit, just seems to get stuck and not go any further but I can still hear the motor working... might try oil/lube see if it gets it moving, save myself getting new motor/entire sunroof. Will post a pic up of the sunroof tonight, showing seal, well 'lack' of seal on outside. So much fuss for a sunroof (that i didnt know the car had when looking at purchasing it) But with the melb weather I dont want to wait till it pours and leaks to find out! Got the car delivered last night and found that the sunroof doesnt open and close, well it moves a cm and opens upwards a bit but doesnt slide open completely. That wouldnt be just a seal like the guy said would it!?... I couldn't tell whether the seal needs replacing, not sure where seals are on this sunroof. Is there a seal on outside edge of it that should sit flush with the car roof? That's how I thought it was meant to be but it has a gap all the way around the sunroof... Can anyone understand what I mean, to explain what should look like? Now I dunno if needs seal, service or replacinggg

WazR32GTSt, silicone would be a quick fix, thought I would do that (plus the cover I have for car) for now till I fix it properly... MissRB25DET I called the guy and he was VERY helpful, however not want I wanted to hear. He said I wont find just the seal, that I will need to replace sunroof. He also said to say thank you to you for all the reccomendations, he is getting business from you mentioning him to us skyline owners Thanks again!

Well, I called The Sunroof Centre... They were very helpful in telling me that I need to find a sunroof seal in better condition from a wreckers or I'm stuck with a leaking sunroof. Something about because its a factory sunroof you cant just pull it out and put a new one in. So I still need helpppp regarding this, can anyone reccomend some wreckers to try for the seal? Thanks

Ahhh thanks heaps Mavric & MissRB25DET! I will give them a call/send them an email and see what they say about the sunroof seal, worth a try. Haha Dandy is the bush, seeing as I'm out near the airport But I can make a day trip out of it! Thanks again for the help, will post The Sunroof Centre's reply up here either way so people know they can give them a call or so people can suggest some other places to try.

hmm... well lucky it's not leaking, so should be ok for a while. Will post the outcome, and let ya's know if I find somewhere to replace the seal.

hmm this post looks familar, the one just before your's. the GT badges someone asked for yesterday so I guess he was first in, both for $40. Hello, My R32 GTS- T was recently written off thanks to someone failing to give way at an intersection. I decided to salvage the wreck and therefore have a whole lot of parts for sale. As far as I am aware the engine is fine its done 130,000kms. I cant blame the storm and was told that apparently I cant blame the guy because accidents happen, but this morning I was travelling inbound along dynon road and due to flooding on dynon rd, it was partly blocked off out bound, PARTLY... and some f**ker driving on the otherside of road assumed the entire road in both direcitons past the intersection was closed and decided not to look as he turned right at the intersection i was travelling straight through and hit us. The car is a ride off I keep getting told, I find out tomorrow if the 32 is a goner
