Im looking for a r33 series 2 kit including - Timing belt - Timing belt tensioner - Timing Idler - Cam seals x2 - Crank seal - Water pump Im looking for a brand eg gates or bosch. Thanks guys

Hey guys I have a r33 turbo and I am looking at putting some cheap rims on it I was told ford falcon au onwards wheels fit on them I tryed bf xr6 turbo wheels on it and they fit the rear but on the front it was hitting the calaper I think coz of the angle of the spoke.... Does anyone know what ford wheels will fit the r33 Cheers

hey guys my rear windscreen water pump failed where can you buy replacement ones and are they hard to fit ?

I took the wheel off to have a propper look and i could hear something in the tyre and i bounched it and it made the same sound there is something inside in thanks anyways guys you have been a massive help

ok ill try all that it happens in any gear going straight or turning i found i couldnt hear it when i was going faster but that could be just the wind carrying the sound. LOL i have never heard of that before haha Ill check it out this afrernoon and get back to you

Hey guys, I have just bought a 1997 r33 gtst.. I have only just noticed it has a loud front end sound on the left hand side it sounds like it is like a loud tick sounds hard to explain it kind of sounds like metal on metal and its not a rock in my tread. I had a look under my car and there are no bushes missing or damaged any ideas? the tie rod end on that side looks kinda new not really sure if it is though

Hey guys, I have just purchased a r33 gtst and in future im keen on doing a fuel pump as one of my mods. I took my brother for a spin the other day he had one a while ago and he thought the fuel pump is quite loud compaired to a stock one he thinks it could have a larger one already? how can i find this out if i pull it out will it say on the pump? Are they difficult to take out ? Thanks for your help guys

they are factory wheels... they are normal alloy but looks like green paint like house paint has dripped on one wheel and it wont come off and the other has like 2 mm in diameter pores and they are full of brake dust and i cant get the dust out. Any ideas ?

Hey guys, I just bought a r33 gtst. and im keen on keeping the standard wheels for now as it has brand new tyres on it.. the only problem is that one of the wheels has looks like small dimples which are filled with im guessing black brake dust and its covered in them by the way and the other one has green paint on it which im struggling to remove any ideas guys?

ok so if i was to do full 3 inch system fuel pump k&n pannel water coolded r34 intercooler 10 psi maybe a tune later on down the track that would be ok power? there is nothing else i could do on the cheap and for those mods what kind of fuel pump do i get? and would you bother with injectors?

Hey guys, I’ve heard of these tuners on the net that you apparently can send in the list of mods you have done and they tune it as best as they can. Then you go get a dyno run and check your mixtures and if they are not 100% you can send it back and they will adjust it for free. The reason for me looking into this is its $200 and I’m trying to do up my r33 gtst as cheap as i can as i have a young family and I don’t have the luxury to spend thousands on my toy so its a slow cheap project. I’m not planning for it to be to crazy I’m hoping to have a r34 side mount water cooled and 3 inch full system fuel pump standard air box with k&n panel Has anyone had experience with these internet tuners what’s everyone opinion?

Hey guys, I have a r33 gtst and im going for the stock look so im looking at getting a r34 intercooler and i have been thinking about tapping into the rear water sprayer and pluming it to some sprayers ion the front bar to cool the intercooler down. has anyone had experience with it before is it worth my time will i gain anything from my efforts? the reason for pluming it to the rear spray is i dont have to do any wiring and so no switches need to be fitted nor another bottle and on the stick it as a spray only function doesnt it?. what do you all think? (im looking at only running in future a full exhaust tune k&n pannel with stock box and a tune ) Thanks for your time guys Dean

hey guys I have a white 1997 r33 series two im about to spray my front bar and i cant find the paint code anywhere in the forums. does anyone know what it is? also i have the original standard mesh grill with the red S. all the paint has pealed off it on the part thats metal does anyone know the paint code for that aswell? it is one part plastic which is a grey green colour and other part is metal it looks like it was black but hard to tell from the damage on the paint and rust does anyone know what colour it should be?

Hey guys I have a r33 with 111,000 on the clock and its time for a timing belt change. I Have been looking on ebay for kits so far i have found these brands -Gates -Bosch -n power -power grip What should i buy and if not on ebay where else?
