  1. Yet to put one back together. But I plan on flowing the same method. But I'll just put the light in the oven with no lens. Then maybe add a little more sealant in some spots. Then push back together while everything is still hot.
  2. The cracking the light open was relatively easy. I took the globes out. And I took all the seals and things covering the globes off. I left the rubber seal along the top of the light was just going to risk it but it was fine. There are several little screws surrounding the light which thread into the poly carbonate take those out as well. Then I put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and put the hole light in for about 3 and a half minutes. Then pulled it out and with a flat head screwdriver started prying the headlight apart there are some little tabs you need to bend up whiled prying the lens apart. be careful not to disfigure the plastic too much. Once I had broken the seal enough I then proceeded to pull it apart by hand. And all done.

  10. So guys I picked up a c34 stagea series 2 manual in bayside blue. Want to do a build on a budget so thinking of the cheapest easiest way to get around 240rwkw? ATM car is stock as a rock. Other then a 3" catback exhaust. Want some advice on my cheapest easiest way to get this figure reliably. All work will be done by myself other then the tune. Started looking at coolers wondering if I can get away with a 33gtr cooler and fab something up to join up to the stock return pipes relatively easily? Only reason I've got a mate who is giving it to me for nothing. Next things I had in mind: A quiet TBE Ecu probs nistune if I can pick one up Fuel pump Injectors Z32 Afm Turbo?? Not sure what's best for stock location. I'd like response so not interested In a big blower. Need the car to look as stock as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys.
