Registered mechanics preferred but anyone with experience welcome

Hey guys Ill get straight to it, I blew my water pump in my 33 and changed it all myself, but put the cam gears on 90 degrees to far back and now I have 20 psi in cylinder 1 instead of 160. If anyone could come have a look and tell me exactly what the problem is so I can decide wether to rebuild or remove my rb25det. Cheers guys
