  3. Looks very nice mate. What are the specs on the rims there? They look nice and aggressive!

Cheers bloke. They're Varrstoens (i think they were the 2.2.1 model from memory) - 18x10.5 +20.

Ive got 265/35s on there at the moment, but a) theyve gone extremely hard after 2 years and b) i want 295s now haha

  4. Want to upgrade your RB26 injectors?

    I have a set of 6 Siemens Deka 750cc injectors (model# FI-11445). Requires 14mm rail to fit

Low impedance, so straight drop in for RB26s. E85 compatible

Only removed due to going bigger again

    $250 or best offer

Located Salisbury North, willing to post or drop off

    PRICE DROP

    $200 this week only!

  5. More progress, she looks less than pretty at the moment. Mark (Jenkies) from Dogzilla Racing came and tacked up some splitter mounts for me last night

(apologies for the blurry shots, i think i need to paint the front bar so it doesnt wash out / darken all my pics)

    2 weeks till we tune!

  8. I got a 32GTR a few years back through Iron Chef uncomplied and that was 10k landed, so if you're getting a $5k GTR id say its probably f**ked

Def need deep pockets even for a track car, or be prepared for lots of downtime in between

  9. Errrrmmmmm, you're in the SA thread man..........thats where we live LOL

I don't know where u guys live but in mandurah WA the car scene is very alive I'm with a group and we do stuff almost every month. Meets and cruises and most of us are younger. I'm 17 and you get the odd dickhead once in a while but most of us are normal talking about our cars going for drives and I haven't had much trouble with cops considering I drive a matte black r32 2 door with a big red p on it lol

  10. Just a few from the weekend. Finally come back down from its storage / workshop for some fabrication love. Was briefly joined up there by its other partner in crime (and my other project car)

  11. not buying a car, its my car. im moving to Qld for a year or two, so dont know if I register it there then eventually bringing it back here will have dramas.

Well if thats the case, you'll have no dramas at all. They wont even need to see the car, it'll be done when you transfer your licence back. Piece of cake :)

  12. If the car is "already in your name" as you say, its a lot different. To have it in your name in another state, you'd have to hold a licence there (and have lived there whilst holding that licence). Then the transfer is more paperwork than anything (a few friends who have moved from interstate have just done the paperwork style transfer, no inspection or anything)

But having a guess you're probably talking about purchasing a car rego'd in QLD.....its gonna be an ID check. If they see anything needing more attention, you'll get sent round the corner for a full inspection

  13. Not custom made Ravi, its a KKR Eliminator kit (basically the same as the Driftworks / whatever other brands sell them. Cost around the $250 mark, and for the size of arms you get compared to the steering rack arms, its a must do in my books. Jenkies steered me that way (pardon the pun) by thinking about corner loading on a race track. Id rather have something a bit chunkier that isnt going to bend or break should the worst happen

  14. sorry these pics arent the best, but 12 months of sitting has inspired me to do some stuffs

removed HICAS and put in eliminator kit, and dummied up manifold / turbo kit. Needs a little bit of work still but any progress is good progress

  15. Complete R32 GTSt / GTR HICAS setup. More if you need to repair / replace anything before a Regency visit / whatever (hell, you might be one of those people that actually wants to run HICAS)

Its a complete setup, lines, solenoids, rack, tie rod ends. No ball joints as they were well naffed. Couple of the solid lines that run across the front of the engine bay had to be made into 2 or 3 pieces, but are otherwise intact. All functioned fine when it was in the car, removed as i dont require it anymore. Can also supply a HICAS computer

$100 for the lot. No "i want this or that bit", its for the whole lot.

Stays listed for a month, then it goes in the scrap metal bin at the workshop

PM if interested in the gear

  16. Cheers for the help mate. Might be just using the rear half of the pump to feed a big external cooler instead. Was just an option to investigate i guess

Quoting to add to it as i cant edit the post

Can anyone confirm if i leave the pump as it is (dont touch the rear half), and delete the HICAS from the pump on the drivers side of the engine bay back, will the feed from the rear half of the pump be high or low pressure? IE can i run a P/S cooler straight off that?

  17. In my r32 Gtr I just pulled everything out for the rear part and then used an r33 Gtr power steering pump and bracket

Sorry to the OP for hijack here

In regard to the 33 GTR pump, does it still line up properly for the harmonic balancer pulley? I was assuming so, but before i go buying a 33 pump i want to be sure (just incase theres a different balancer spacing between 32 - 33 and 34, it seems silly if there was, but no harm asking), otherwise i'll go with previous discussions with Sick_R31 and remove the rear vanes instead (or just run the rear lines through a big arsed cooler instead)

  18. R32 Windscreen Wiper arms, both driver and passenger sides

Not fussed on blade condition or paint condition, as long as they're complete

As i cant edit my original post to add more to it

Also chasing R33 GTR power steering pump and power steering resevoir, both in good condtion

  19. posting for updates haha

I cant remember what weight oil i run in the GTR, its been too long (plus the last time the car ran, the oil wanted to escape past the filter relocator  )

dream cars, shiiiit id need a big garage

    the list includes:

    XE ESP

    E49 Charger (in Magenta)

    Datto 1600

there's probs a few more pipe dream cars in amongst that. One of these days i'll win lotto!
