  1. Will these work with a HKS Twinpower type DLI ignition module? Or does this HKS gadget make them unnecessary? -Patrick

  4. Do these brackets come completely off the car? The bell housing looks as though it is one complete piece.. Any chance you could show me on a picture or drop by.. -Patrick
  5. "You have to remove the brackets onto the bell housing, which is 5 minutes work......." What brackets?? Do you mean the bolts.. the whole bell housing & gearbox need to slide back at least half an inch to get to the sump bolts back there.. -Patrick
  6. Bump.. More parts added
  7. It's a bitch.
  8. I'll try! Thanks for your help, -Patrick
  9. Interesting.. Thanks for the tip, i will have a look tomorrow. I understand that it's impossible to actually get the sump out with the subframe in place, is this accurate? I only need to move it far enough to look at the oil pump, and then re-seal it properly. -Patrick
  10. Can you seriously get in there or are you pulling my leg, I can hardly even see them! -Patrick
  11. What about the sump bolts that you can't get to without taking the gearbox off, do you need to remove the gearbox to remove the sump? -Patrick
  12. Just a quick question, How the bloody hell do you remove the oil pump from an RB26 without dropping the sump? I can't get the pump out because the pressure relief bolt is fouling against the sump on the bottom.. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, -Patrick
  13. Sweet, will call tomorrow -Patrick
  14. Check it out.. had me laughing for a while http://www.enfreaks.com/index.php?subactio...t_from=&ucat=1& -Patrick
  15. Whether not running a BOV damages your turbos is questionable. Nispro have run cars without them and reckon it does no damage - the car is also faster, given that you can change gears quick enough.. -Patrick
  16. I finally managed to read the engine number on my GT-R today.. Can anyone tell me if you can tell what kind of block it is from the number (Standard/N1 etc.), and when it was manufactured? Mine is RB26 069327A Thanks, -Patrick
  17. Bump.. List of parts updated
  18. Simply put, no. It just depends on far to many factors. -Patrick
  19. type "1 horsepower to kilowatts" into google google calculator gives: 1 horsepower = 0.745699872 kiloWatts You can use it to calculate between just about any units, psi and bar, hp and kw etc etc..
  20. Cool. I'll talk to funky then and send him some photos.. -Patrick
  21. Sounds like a good option in the short term. As long as someone can dyno tune it and it runs well i will be happy So if funky can modify it, how do i actually get it tuned? It still needs to be done on a dyno!! I will open it up and take some pictures soon.. As far as $$$ is concerned you can get some cash back going to motec - can sell boost controller, ecu daughterboard, AFM's.. -Patrick
  22. I get this when i try to access the members section: "ocean, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons......" I also haven't received my SAU goodies in the mail yet.. what's going on there? Thanks, -Patrick
  23. I guess i have to open the ECU to find out? The wiring loom has also been played with right near the ECU. Is it worth re-programming this or is it better to go for a new ECU (Motec M600 or something)? -Patrick
  24. Test was done with engine cold as a rock, and with the throttles fully closed.. I can't start it (no radiator) and i forgot about the throttle.. -Patrick
  25. Low compared to what? Anyway i'm back from holidays now, ready to work on the car again. I'll keep you all posted -Patrick P.S. Thanks for all the replies
