I have an r32 skyline gtst, and my headlights/high beams wont work, iv replaced all the bulbs and still wont work, iv tested all the plug ins for power and there is power running to all the plugs, any idea why this would be happening?

I have an r32 skyline gtst, 5 speed manual, the problem is that 5th gear, netual and reverse itself all 3 work as reverse, I can put the car into the other 4 gears with no worries at all, but it won't allow me to take off, when I go to accelerate the car starts to die down and will stall, anyone know what is causing this, please and thank you.
