Hi guys, looking to sell my sons car or maybe engine and g/box for him. Not sure if this is where i need to be to do this or what engine is worth? took my ride for a run yesterday and shattered the diff. Any idears on options for replaceing it. It's a 1983 520i BMW with lsd running around 420HP.Have only owned car for a couple of weeks and know nothing about BMW's. Don't want to simply put another diff in and have it happen again, need to know if there is a better option out there. Cheers Mat.

Hi all, new to the forum scene so bear with me pls.have just bought a 1983 520i BMW fitted with RB30, 25 top end, 5spd skyline box with twin plate heavy duty clutch, runs about about 430 bhp according to guy how built it.
