I understand that there are some qualms about JOC. I wanted to come out and clear it all up instead of stories flying around.

For now, JOC has taken a bow down out of the scene.
We have no relation to JHC and wish them the best of luck. JOC obviously got the ball rolling for something a lot bigger and I wish JHC and those running it the best of luck.

What appears to be a very nice GTR on here.
A User on this forum was about to purchase this with half the Km's from a Dealership in Sydney
He won't be named but he will speak if he decides to.

Unfortunately the records are up till the point where the car is de-registered in Japan.

It's 30K likes because they "sold": the Old page which had 20K+ likes from Xtreme to Team Wild Speed. It's not a newly created page if that's what your thinking.

Whatever you do ; make sure you look at the auction sheets of all cars before you bid. Some brokers merely show you pictures. Pictures say a 1000 words but Auctions sheets say a million.

I would be patient and just import my own vehicle.

Can't recall it but they say that the team on there are useful and speak English and get back to you within 24 hours.

You see, the most of us on this forum are knowledgable and we know that there are Odo Checks and other facilities/tools in place to check that the car we are about to purchase is legit.
However,
The majority of the market on Parramatta Rd. trumps all over us in terms of marketing. They are in a central location and have been selling vehicles for years ! They utilise terms such as " Best Japanese Importer in Australia" to reassure the customer.
If I had a budget or some semi-decent marketing skills and support and more likes/shares on my Facebook Page ; I am sure this can be prevented. It just seems that the people that know about it feign ignorance to spreading it around unless asked.

If you want paperwork of it's history in Japan. You can obtain a de-registration certificate. Depends on your needs though ; if your interested in the Kilometres it racked up there and whether or not it was wound back, this is your best bet. Or to find out the owner's details in Japan ; if you wanted to know....

There aren't enough cars to make a good decision in Australia.
Especially in regards to 260RS. Best off importing.
Iron Chef is the man, ; so don't waste your life searching on carsales.

So we can get a feel for both sides of the story. How many cars have you sold in the past year Joe?
Off the top of my head I estimate 2-3/week but I could be way off the mark. This is just an estimation.

It's a wonderful thing to see that this is finally being publicized. Now hopefully with greater public awareness the public will know the right avenues to get their vehicles from or the right avenues to get their vehicles checked.

This Supra is for sale somewhere. Do your research, find out where and then know not to buy your GTR's from there. Or any other car for that matter.

Edwards Lees have a Supra coming in that I have the auction sheets for. The weird thing is, they have listed the car as 0kms on their site, in carsales and on gumtree. I wonder why.. ?

I was referring to dealers with a brick and mortar location that sell cars from a lot or yard.
Iron Chef is great, but he was left out of my discussion purely because his an importer, not a dealer.
Hope that clears things up.
