  1. Trex, I was referring to dealers with a brick and mortar location that sell cars from a lot or yard. Iron Chef is great, but he was left out of my discussion purely because his an importer, not a dealer. Hope that clears things up.
  2. It's a sale sale sale https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqwMsgy_kK0
  3. Haven't they all been involved in dodgy dealings at some point in time? The only one I can really think of with a clean slate would be Northshore Prestige...
  4. The Basics - Shipping - $1800 import Duty - 5% of Purchase Price GST - 10% of Purchase Price Registration - $1196 Plates - $41 New Tyres - $400 Brokerage Fee - $1100 Now to put this into perspective : Lot 35233 of 28/05/2014 sold for 282,000Yen. The below is a very intelligent guess on how much your R32 GTS-T would cost you. Cost of Car (Yen) 282000 FOB Fee 95000 Exchange Rate (AUD/Yen) 93.1 Cost of Car (AUD) 4049.409237 Shipping 1800 Import Duty 202.4704619 GST 404.9409237 Compliance 2500 Tyres 420 Immobiliser 150 Registration 1196.6 Registration Stamp Duty 121.4822771 Total 10844.9029
  5. Hi All , I understand that there are some qualms about JOC. I wanted to come out and clear it all up instead of stories flying around. Our Japanese operative was threatened in the comfort of his own home. For those that have paid for their checks, you will get your results. Mick, I believe I have sent out your results to you as of 2 weeks ago. Please check your E-mail inbox. If not please flick an E-mail through to [email protected] and I will send it over once more. For now, JOC has taken a bow down out of the scene. We have no relation to JHC and wish them the best of luck. JOC obviously got the ball rolling for something a lot bigger and I wish JHC and those running it the best of luck. Regards, JOC.
  6. Sorry just saw that now. Surprised no one noticed how it was missing the VIN number on it.
  7. What appears to be a very nice GTR on here. A User on this forum was about to purchase this with half the Km's from a Dealership in Sydney He won't be named but he will speak if he decides to.
  8. Unfortunately the records are up till the point where the car is de-registered in Japan.
  9. The damage on a check would set you back $55 inclusive postage to your doorstep.
  10. Hey Cole, Feel free to ask us any questions if you have them. We shall try our best to answer.
  11. It's 30K likes because they "sold": the Old page which had 20K+ likes from Xtreme to Team Wild Speed. It's not a newly created page if that's what your thinking.
  12. Whatever you do ; make sure you look at the auction sheets of all cars before you bid. Some brokers merely show you pictures. Pictures say a 1000 words but Auctions sheets say a million.
  13. I would be patient and just import my own vehicle. Personal experience (not with them ; but with importers in general)
  14. There is an E-mail with the @nissan.co.jp domain Can't recall it but they say that the team on there are useful and speak English and get back to you within 24 hours. Try asking them.
