  1. Hi all I read some comments here and it looks like people prefer GT30 for around 290-320rwkw power. GT30 will come on boost harder in the mid range. It looks like a more efficient option on paper. One thing I don't understand is why would someone want harder pull in the mid range when it will create more problems with traction unless are on 3rd gear. I have rb25 with GT35 312rwkw and I have problems with traction on 2nd with 265s and shimmed diff. I've driven similar car but with a smaller turbo and it had even less traction. Correct me if I'm wrong, since I'm new to this. If I floor it at ~3000rpm it will pull hard almost instantly and easily break the traction on a smaller GT30 turbo compared to GT35 which pulls from ~4500+ but has smoother transition from no boost to full boost. I have read many threads about this but not many people are looking at it from this angle Cheers
