  1. Well, 1994 gtr came with pull clutch... And the dumb guy first stated it was a 1994... What a dumba**. I mean if you want to screw me, just say the year on the blue plate. The car was in reality a 1994, which he altered with 1989 vin blue plate. About 100k km.... Blown engine, hole near alternator bracket... Car is in quebec, canada, so no worry for u guys ;).

  2. First off the owner said it was a 1994...and the car was clearly silver KL0. It had the late everything on the car... Even had pull clutch. They just changed the blue plate... So the color didnt match ( kh2 ). I didnt notice the chassis numbers, as i thought of the altered vin on my way home after ive seen the car. It was surely buffed or just there , different. But DAMN the car was so clean....!!!!

  3. Thanks for your reply ! Yeah the car run a lil rich. And yeah i have this Veilside ecu which is NOT tuned for my car. Anyway we cant find any info on those VX-Rom chipped veilside Ecu.... I'd rather run a lil bit richer as it does right now, than lean. I do all the work myself on my car, and saw lotta thread about putting a very thin layer of RTV copper around the compressor, to seal the leak. It seem to work. I dont really understand Garrett on this one. Lotta turbo brand put a big o-ring to seal the compressor. Garrett does not... BUT if u buy a turbo rebuild kit, it comes with a o-ring for the compressor...

  4. Hello. I just wanna say hi to everyone, as this is my first post ! Happy to be on the board. I have this problem. I did a boost leak test and found that my 2 compressor housing were leaking all around, where it mate to the turbo core. Rs580 turbos. Is this normal? Is there a tolerance? I see everyone boosting 14 psi with the boost restrictor removed, and i only boost 10 psi without it... I was thinking that maybe this was caused by my boost leaks.
