I am like many people a fan of the R34 GTR and finally have the money to buy one.
I went to Edward Lees this week to look at what they had and I asked the following -
Can you give me a dereg for the car ? - They said no as they did not import it but they said they complied it and are selling it.
I asked about books - was told Jap cars never come with books - Is this true ?
The sales guy started to get a bit upset when I kept asking questions about the k's on the car as the drivers seat was worn & the steering wheel was a bit so so.
When I asked if I could get the car inspected by a skyline specialist he said it could not leave them and they could not use a hoist to check it out. He suggested stateroads to inspect it.
Anybody have any idea how good state roads is on inspections ? or suggest somebody who can do the inspection for me ?
I just do not want to buy a bad one as I am spending every cent I have saved for the last 4 years.
