I bought this kit for my r33 and found out it doesnt fit rb25 engines as there is not enough clearance for the turbo as rb25 sits lower than rb20, so this kit is designed for rb20 engine... This is previous thread: HKS Cast Manifold for RB20/25 forsale along with a BRAND NEW unused HKS 40mm Wastegate. Both items are genuine and not those knock off cheapies. The manifold has a T3 flange and has the wastegate outlet ontop of the central collector. Arguably one of the best cast manifolds available on the market for the RB series of motors. The wastegate is 40mm and is brand new with all gaskets and mounting flanges. There is also brand new stainless allen key head bolts included for mounting this to the manifold. A fantastic combination and its a regrettable sale. Manifold: http://www.sido-takushi.com/mods/hks_manifold/ Wastegate: http://www.sido-takushi.com/mods/hks_wastegate/ Looking for $900 plus post for the lot.

Mate my turbo cant fit either and is similar to gt30, its manifold made for rb20 as those engines sit higher than rb25...anyone with rb20 this will be great upgrade, unfortunately it cant be used on rb25 -

Anyone interested in this kit as i bought this for rb25 and found out today it doesnt suit rb25 as it sits too low and there is not enough space for turbo as its made for rb20, so if anyone is interested its still for sale... -
hey there, I bought wheels from JDM imports which advertise their products on this forum and they imported wheels for me from Japan, at first i didnt wanna get them from Japan as they claim it takes 7 weeks for them to arrive to Australia but after they told me that it is maximum of seven weeks for delivery i agreed to get the wheels over them...1st of July i paid for them and today is 3rd of October and guess what, i still havent got them and that is like 14th week this week...apparently guy said he received it in sidney 3 weeks ago and that he will send it to Perth and that it will take 3 to 4 days for delivery to Perth and its been 3 weeks since then, so what should i do? They are not answering the phone and not replying on my messages. Anyone dealt with these guys as waiting 14 weeks for wheels is bit too much especially after they told me 7 weeks? regards...

Apexi Boost Gauge
cordiapower replied to |PRESA|'s topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
ill buy it, check pm -
My car has been tuned to 293hp atw at 1 bar boost with t-57 ITS turbo and same car with same turbo and mods made over 380hp atw at same boost, how is that possible? ps. engine was leak down tested and is fine...
-
it is reputable imports workshop here in perth, so ill just go normal 3 inches dump for now, the car will make too much power for standard internals anyway, they just dynoed the same car with same turbo and standard computer and it made close to 400hp atw and as i am after only 350hp atw and am using wolf 3d i dont really need to extract every single hp, thanks anyway guys

Dump pipe does have dividing tongue (if it means than it has seperated path for turbo and wastegate gases, the thing is i think what he's saying is that turbo and wastegate outlet should be seperated so you can use split dump pipe, while on ITS turbo it's not so wastegate and turbo gases will interfere...
-
ill try to find a photo but it's similar to standard i think, the mechanic reckons that wastegate outlet and turbo outlet should be separate for split dump to work and in its turbo its together so it's gonna cause turbulence, the thing i dont get is he said it cant be used for standard turbo either and i know people from here use it on standard turbo...
-
nah its internal gate, any other opinions?
-
I purchased BATMBL split dump front pipe, and had it put on my car matched with ITS turbo and mechanic told me it is designed for turbos that got wastegate and turbo outlet separated like hks turbos and that is not designed for ITS or even standard turbos which got wastegate and turbo outlet together, is this true and if it is that means that i wasted $450...

what about stock one?

I need advice fast, i took my car to get tuned with ITS 500hp trurbo so ill be chasing 350hp at the wheels, im putting bosch 044 fuel pump externally and sard 550cc injectors and i was told ill need fuel pressure regulator, and was offered sard for 330 new or malpassi for 150 second hand....now do i need regulator at all and if i do is it worth paying couple hundred more for sard and 330 is more than i paid for bosch 044 so i was prolly better off with buying nismo direct fit one that already comes with regulator? pls give me your opininons? thanks and regards
