1999 with 06 engine, 2wd.

New to diesel engines, but yes I plan to address that tommorow when the weather comes right. Yeah I understand there really aren't that many forums out there for my vehicle specifically, this being australian might help. *Shrugs*

Hi, I have a Ford Courier Ute. It appears the engine won't rev past 3k and at 3k it blows lots of white smoke, otherwise the engine is running fine. The water sedimentor warning light is on also. Could my turbo be stuffed or something more major?
