For anyone trying to do this I figured it out the s1 transmission has a 7 wire plug and the s2 has a 8 wire plug but where it plugs into the main harness in the engine bay that plug has 8 so you just have to run an extra wire from the engine bay plug to the spare s2 transmission wire

R33 s1 converting to s2 transmission Hi guys and girls I got a 93 r33 s1 I'v blown up the auto transmission I got a new one but they gave me a 95 s2 one of the plugs has got an extra wire going to it I think it's a eath but not sure does anyone no what it is? And can anyone tell me what colour s1 wires go to s2 wires? Thanks in advance advance s1 ? s2 ?
