  1. Putting my beast up for sale as I no longer use it. It’s currently relegated to sitting in my garage getting a run around every few weeks and an oil change every other month, but it’s just costing me space and money now so I’d like to move it onto someone who can enjoy it. I originally bought it with a mate and we did it up for Powercruise 2014, enjoyed the weekend thoroughly and since then it has only attended the odd cruise or TNT event. Was originally going to head to Powercruise 2015, but buying a house this year took all my time away. It’s a series 1 GTS-T with 186,XXX km’s. Mechanically its great, cosmetically its average but it was never bought for anything other than something to go fast. Makes a consistent ~400rwhp on E85 and ran a 12.2 @ 119mph at Willowbank before we destroyed the standard clutch. Mods include (in no particular order) Link G4+ ECU (plug-in Nissan model) with CAN & OBD2 features unlocked Hybrid Performance GT3582 turbo Hybrid Performance exhaust manifold ARP head stud kit Bosch 750cc injectors Proflow top feed fuel rail with Speedflow fittings Genuine Sard FPR 450lph Walbro E85 fuel pump Yellowjacket coilpacks BC Racing coilovers all round with adjuster front upper arms NPC 10 inch 5 puck carbotic cushion button clutch HDI GT2 Intercooler & piping Nismo low temp thermostat K&N Filter 18 inch wheels and ATR sport 2 tyres New rotors and pads Hidden catch can with filter New steering wheel (large offset as my mate is rather large and his knees didn’t fit well behind the one that came with the car) Flanged screamer pipe off the wastegate – I had the tuner fabricate a flanged pipe so that I could run the car with normal plumb-back piping on the road, and then remove it for fulli sik screamer loudness with a few bolts. To this day I’ve never remembered to remove it before taking it out, but its handy to have regardless Other stuff that came with the car when I bought it; Horrible SSQ copy BOV (never bothered to remove it) Forward facing plenum Full 3 inch exhaust with high flow CAT Generic boost gauge Turbo timer Mongoose immobiliser system Alloy radiator Probably a bunch of other stuff that I cannot remember now, but will update as I remember. Good things; All parts and mods are just over a year old or newer Mechanically good condition Have all receipts for parts and work done Plenty of power left in it, runs stock wastegate spring pressure @ 18psi Still has ice cold climate control aircon! Not so good things; Body is ok condition, front bar is hacked up a bit from previous install of cooler piping Interior is ok, but nothing spectacular – sound system is shit Some rust in the boot wheel well Some low life prick broke into it earlier in the year at the workshop and smashed the driver’s window. Didn’t steal anything or break anything else (must have been spooked by someone) but we had to replace the window with one from the wreckers and the tint is peeling off in areas. Looking for around $13k which I feel is reasonable based on the other examples out there, but happy to negotiate with the right buyer. Currently registered until February 2016, happy to get a RWC for the right price or sell unregistered if someone wants a track weapon. Can provide more pics if required (sorry about the dirty pictures) PM me on here or txt 0427 983 876. Located in Brisbane Southside
  2. For anyone that cares it turned out to be the ignitor. I bought a replacement ignitor from a parts shop that was supposed to be "tested in working condition", but it seems it was just as broken as the one I had on. Workshop put a brand new one on and it runs perfectly now.
  3. Now $100 for everything - need this stuff gone. Let me know this week or its going in the bin
  4. Found another igniter and it made no difference. By process of elimination it would have to be the CAS or something in the wiring/ECU at this stage.
  5. Sorry forgot to mention that AFM has been removed, its MAP sensored. Looks like it could potentially be either the igniter, CAS or clogged injectors.
  6. Thanks will do. Car doesn't really drive in its current state, but will log voltage at idle
  7. Hi All, I've had some recent issues with my series 1 R33 that has me thinking that the CAS is dying and needs to be replaced, however I'm looking for a second opinion before I go out and source a replacement. It started running rough the other night on the highway randomly after driving for around 20 minutes. It was running low on fuel at the time, so as it runs on E85 I assumed it was possibly picking up some water/crud from the tank and limped it over to a mates house quickly. After filling it up with a jerry can of E85 about 30 minutes later, I started it up and gave it a rev and all was fine once again. I ended up driving it back home about 5 hours later and it didn't have any problems for the remainder of the drive (about 30 minutes). Fast forward to yesterday and my old man takes it for a drive after its sat for a day or two and once again it runs fine for about 15 minutes then starts running really rough. I looked over it yesterday after its been sitting for about an hour and it's still running rough this time. I end up replacing the fuel filter just in case its clogged up and there is no change - fuel pressure at the rail is around 44psi which is spot on apparently and I cannot see any problems with the fuel system (has an E85 460lph Walbro installed). I move onto the spark plugs which appear to be fine and then check and replace the coil packs with known good spares to check that a coil hasn't died and it makes no difference (currently has ~2 month old yellow jackets). I then attempted to disconnect a plug for each cylinder to determine if there was a particular cylinder dropping but it doesn't seem to be any particular one. I also checked the ECU (Link G4+ plugin) which doesn't register any relevant error codes. After another hour or so of checking lines, wiring, etc I start it back up and its now running worse than ever - barely idling and struggles to rev at all (feels like all the timing has been pulled). Based on the above I assume its the CAS that's dying, however would love a second opinion/sanity check of the above! TL;DR; RB25DET running badly Initially only happening after 10-15 mins of driving, now all the time Have checked ECU, plugs, coil packs, fuel filter, fuel pressure Assume CAS is dying and want a second opinion

  9. Hi All, Looking for a drivers side power window motor/regulator for a S1 R33 skyline 2 door Please PM on here or txt/call 0427 983 876 Thanks
  10. Hi All, I've done a few searches but cannot seem to find the relevant info (apologies if I missed it somewhere). Can anyone tell me if the Power Window Motor/Reg is interchangeable between the 4 door and 2 door R33 series 1 models? I've been advised that there are differences between the S1 & S2 models, but cannot seem to find if the 4 door and 2 doors are different? Also is there any difference between the GTR and GTST motors of the same series? The reason I ask is that my drivers side motor is dead and I can only find replacement motors for the 4 door model currently (unless anyone on here has one available? ) Thanks for your time.
  11. Forgive my ignorance - this is a ball bearing turbo with T3 flange? Do you have the trim specs? Thank you.
