  1. Here we have you on yet another account elsewhere doing scams. https://i.imgur.com/pUF0J3l.jpg And here we have you pretending JET31 (an account eslewhere, locked for scamming) is 'your mate' whose house you just left, after you forgot to logout. https://imgur.com/SO7jKKC Anything to say about either of those?
  2. Jase, shutting everyone up is as simple as producing the receipt which proves you sent the package to the bloke earlier in the thread, or the parcel arriving with a postmark dated before this thread got interesting, and answering the simple questions posed earlier - Are any or all of the accounts listed on page 2, which have been accused of repeatedly scamming back to 2007, yours or not? Don't you think that's a reasonable question considering all that's being said now? Reputable members of the car community straight out accusing you of theft? One bloke with a missing parcel which you can't produce a receipt for, and another who got something which was cracked, so far? Is all of this an amazing coincidence?
  3. Jase, An anonymous donor has passed on an excellent collection of information about yourself. Another of your identities elsehwere has, surprisingly, turned out to have your name and your parents' Blackburn address. Its also got your mum's bank account details with Commonwealth, opened at Blackburn. Her name's Cheryl, right? You're an absolute genius, aren't you Jase? Here are some more of the mobile numbers and email addresses associated with you, which're just going to keep on coming up to fraudulent accounts. 0420806285, 0415353533 [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] There are a bunch of people looking forward to talking to you, including some Tasmanians you brilliantly told you used a net cafe to hide from them after scamming them. Well done.
  4. You just can't answer the question, can you? You can go and check that the accounts still work, but you can't say they are or they aren't yours. Amazing stuff! Pal, I know its REALLY hard, internally, to reconcile the fact that you've been caught out for all time - all those accounts, all those people you've burned, even people on this very board. That's why you just can't answer that key question which has been haunting you for pages and pages, which you just can't answer - too afraid of criminal liability, one way or the other. False denial or straight up confession, take your pick. Rock and a hard place, that one. Maybe the part of your brain which would permit you to actually respond to any of what's being put forward, about scamming both elsewhere and here, was lobotomised early on? Because the way you're selectively ignoring it, that's how it reads. You're like a two year old choosing not to hear that he can't have an ice cream because he nicked his brother's truck, and just keeps on asking for it. Please Jase, by all means, keep on talking. Its all part of the show. Do you know why I'm really happy to keep promoting you? Why I want you to still be around and keep talking? Remember I mentioned the difference between criminal and civil issues a couple of posts back? When you commit the offence of obtaining property by deception (like, when you scam people), even if the civil side of it gets covered by you paying the cash back, or offering a refund, the criminal offence remains - whether you pay the cash back or not, you've still done the crime. You seem to have missed that part when you were thinking up ways to scam people and then selectively pay some of them back. Some people let it go, some people don't, but what do you reckon happens, if someone who ripped you off, gets the oportunity to nail you served to them on a silver platter? You aren't ripping off a stranger in a pub with a 10 pack of Panadol sold as biccies, who you will never see again if you're careful, when you sell online. IP addresses are recorded. You brilliantly use your own rego plate as a username. And you use phones rego'd to yourself across multiple accounts... you're not a master criminal. In fact, you'd be a shoe in for retard of the year. The reason you've been able to just keep on getting away with things, pal, is because you, as set out before, head off criminal problems before they come about, and also, because you use different usernames and do your scams in different places and on different sites. There are plenty (and I do mean, plenty) of people around who you've scammed repeatedly for years and years, who you may well have eventually paid off. But that's not the point of this. The point of this, aside from getting you and how you work publicly known, is to get everyone, whether you did em for a couple of grand or 50 bucks, together. Because when that happens, the rips you've done, a couple hundred here, a couple hundred there, they're gonna start to add up, and you will be very much worth going after as far as the cops will be concerned. Privately, beyond that, who knows who else might wanna talk to you? 7 years can change people Jase. People you ripped off from the safety of being hidden behind your computer screen may be a bit more of a problem seven years later, knowing your name and details. But forget that for a moment, I'm sure no upstanding members around here would come and attack you physically. The point of this was to get you talking and confirm it was you, either by direct confession or indirectly, running those scam accounts, and now, that you just keep on refusing to confirm or deny the scam accounts are you, drag this out for a couple of pages, confirming your typing style, and also, your inability to deny the accounts belong to you. You've done that nicely. Right now, sure, that wouldn't be enough to get you convicted of something - but what its going to do, when this does get to the desk of someone at the fraud squad is bring police interest to you (not the local uniform cops or CIU detectives you've met so many other times, but the actual St. Kilda Road fraud squad - who will run down EVERY scam you've ever pulled), which will bring the resources to start putting everyone you've scammed together like a giant 'connect the dots' picture. Your IP addresses on all those other forums are still there, Jase. And if the ISP subsriptions are in your name, its going to be more fuel for the evidentiary fire. Honestly, I reckon there'll be MORE than enough for the cops to finally want to start looking at you! But really, that's just the start, getting you on the radar of the cops so that they can start working on you. I wonder if there are ANY states you didn't rip someone off in? This thread is getting cross posted elsewhere, in places where you were scamming up to 7 years ago. We're gonna have a party, Jase. We're gonna have a 'people who've had cash stolen from them by Jayson' party online with people across the country, and everyone can get together and tell the cops their seperate issues of how you like to scam and steal from people. eBay and PayPal keep VERY detailed records as well ya know Jase. Its not just going to be the car board scams you're gonna have to cop to, its gonna be everything. 7 long years of scamming is all about to come down on you, Jase. No statute of limitations on indictable offences, pal. You could actually be looking at meeting that big Samoan after all! Thanks for replying! Keep at it! And good luck with your ongoing sales!
  5. Silence? What a surprise. I know you're desperate to work out who I am, but like I said, I'm just another person you stole from. So better start working on that list. Jase, now we're going to step this up a little further - seeing as you lack the balls to confront these matters head on, its time to rip you apart before the rest of this board. If you're gonna be a good liar, you have to have a very good memory. jet31, member since 9 October 2007, on this very forum, is you, isn't it? I mean, his name on his profile also 'Jayson', and there he is using a rego of yours, from your '89 r31. I mean, what are the chances of that, right? And he was selling iPhones back in 2008. Lots and lots of them - I wonder if they were legit? Oh, and also, he was banned. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/235390-melb-apple-ipones-3g-16gb/#entry4121773 It has been 6 years so you've probably changed ISPs in that time. But wait, there's more. Sl33P3R, a name you've also used elsewhere (see page 2), registered here in February of 2013. Never made any posts, but is it a coincidence that he lists his car as an '89 r31 Skyline? Wow! Quite the coincidence. Maybe the ISPs will match on THIS one. And with that, you can crawl back to wherever it is you like to to hide and hug yourself to sleep. You and your scamming are f**kin' DONE, son.
  6. You're just trying to deflect the issue. So again Jase... Were the accounts listed on page 2 yours or weren't they? That's 23 seperate times you've responded to the thread without a yes or a no.
  7. Quick to point the finger? 'Quick'? Pal, there's a veritable mountain of information which points to you being a scammer. And yet, you can't answer a really simple question with a yes or a no, about whether you ran a whole LOAD of accounts where people got scammed. We're now 22 posts in, and you still can't manage it. Like I said Jase - you've stolen from me previously. And again, like I said - considering the number of people you've done this kinda thing to, it won't help you narrow it down knowing that. You can't deny you are any of those banned usernames which scammed people for years, because its you, and EVERYTHING points to it being you. The car regos, your name, your phone number, the whole lot. And you can't put your hand up and say yes, because there's just TOO MANY PEOPLE saying you are what you are on those forums - a scamming dog, a low down rat. Jase, this is the take home message - you're a gutless, pissweak scammer who reckons he's clever, and even when you get shown all the posts you made under other names, all the scams you pulled, you don't even have the balls to put your hand up and cop to it, or even have the balls to 'face' an accuser on an internet forum (someone you've called a keyboard warrior) to come out and falsely deny it - wonder if you're getting a bit anxious yet? I reckon anyone who reads this thread already knows the reason you won't confirm or deny it - with any luck, they've already read all about you elsewhere by now - I mean, even your retarded typing skills match up to the other accounts. You painted yourself into a corner. Well done Jase. Well done.
  8. Hi Jase! Still here! I notice you're falling on your old standby - name dropping people and then saying "Because I've delivered to someone in the past, why would I scam you?" Isn't that like saying "Because it rained yesterday, it'll definitely rain today?" - answer's simple! To get more money, and because you fall back on this line which has helped you withstand 7 years of scamming people! "those bad feedback was heresay" - pal, I don't know if you're new at this (actually, no you're not), bad feedback is someone's opinion on the basis of the (in your case, either non existent or trashed) goods paid for, 'hearsay' (nice one pal, can't even spell it right... actually, considering you can't construct a cohesive sentence, forget your spelling) is where someone else overhears something and repeats it as fact. You'll note of course that all that scam feedback you've copped elsewhere, I've not repeated, just pointed to where people can see the original poster say it. Seems you've developed selective blindness to go with selective scamming! Anyway, myself and the others at other forums who are now aware you're over here still want to know the answer to this apparently impossibly difficult question (then again, considering the way you type and speak, I'm surprised you can read at all) which you just KEEP ON actively avoiding after having posted in this thread 21 times... Are/were those accounts listed for scamming on other forums on page 2 your account/s or not?
  9. Ahhh, entertainment. Considering the fact that I long ago realised getting cash out of this bloke was not gonna happen, that's the best ya can hope for. That and making sure he doesn't get to scam anyone else. So, Jase, you took the bait. Instead of brushing me off with a 'you're crazy' or going completely on the attack, or even calling this 'defimation' or something like that and threatnening to sue me (the kind of thing you'd expected if there was NOTHING to what's being said), you've elected to pick and choose your battles. You've defended points which noone can prove either way (like who was REALLY driving JET 31 when it rolled), and when that's not viable anymore and the vitriol flows, you ask who took my anal virginity. Mate, I'd love it if you got to meet a big Samoan bloke in the lock up for all the scams you've pulled on hard working people, but I reckon any big bloke, no matter how big, would be disappointed by a lack of friction up your back passage... well and truly worn smooth and shiny by frequent use. The fun thing that Jase keeps coming back with is 'why didn't X happen?', 'why didn't Y happen if I've been doing this so long?' - it has pal! You've been caught out repeatedly! Its all in the pages and pages of posts about you on the other forums where you've been banned! But now, of course, we're back to that apparently super hard questions you just can't bring yourself to acknowledge, much less answer. It really does boggle the mind if he's such an upright, upstanding citizen - Jase's phone numbers and rego numbers tied up with all those many, many accounts, repeatedly called out for scamming on other forums. So tell us all this, Jase - if you say Yes, those are my accounts, does that mean that everyone who ever called you a scammer was engaged in a massive conspiracy against you? Or was every one of those people operating independently to screw you over but somehow everyone was doing THE SAME THING? Either way, its gonna be quite a feat, in terms of logistics, to coordinate that kind of a campaign against one bloke, wouldn't you agree? Or maybe, every piece of mail leaving your hand is DNA tagged to be spirited away by Australia Post to some holding facility? The flipside, is that No, they aren't his accounts. Either a large group of people like to pretend they're him, posting pictures of his car crashes, using his rego plates, and using his phone numbers, and hacking into his computer to post using his IP address, all in the hopes of getting to vy for the honour of claiming to be the gayest scammer in the whole of the state of Victoria, or he's the victim of the most amazing set of coincidences in history, with his name, telephone number, car regos, IP address and so on all being used by a group of scammers. So which is it Jase? Does anyone else reckon this is a hard question? Is anyone else other than myself and 1400r wondering why Jase won't answer? Are/were those accounts listed for scamming on other forums your account/s or not?
  10. Telling a story? All I've done is compile a collection of things you've been doing for a few years, as told by others. This isn't a story - this has been a researched and considered pursuit. Seems a lot of people in a lot of places have the same opinion of you, all reached on their own. Why do you reckon that might be? They must all be telepathic conspirators out to ruin your reputation! You've made 11 posts in this thread Jase - you seize on the points you can defend and you just keep on avoiding the main issue (no surprise pal, I understand that the cold, hard realities of everyone you ever scammed all speaking to each other and comparing notes), all you have to do is answer the question - Were you, or were you not, any or all those usernames on page 2?
  11. What an enormous surprise, Jase - You've ducked it yet again. Jase, I know that this is a really challenging question for you to concentrate on (I mean, you repeated your mobile number for me, I thought it was pretty clear I already knew it), but I want you to give it the absolute best you've got with your limited capacity, I'll even give you a Kinder Surprise if you can pull it off pal (I'll send it to your parents' place). Concentrate all your mental power into not avoiding the question and answering it... Were you, or were you not, any or all those usernames on page 2? Because all those usernames have scammed, and scammed - and they're ALL YOU, Jase. They track back to you through phone numbers and your car regos. You've posted repeatedly Jase, its clear you've read what's been written, and you're very consciously and specifically electing not to offer a comment there. I mean, if its not you, why not just say so? As suggested earlier, is it because you don't have the balls to put your hand up? Or because if you say its not you, you know all sorts of material will come forward to prove that it WAS you? Its an astonishingly easy question Jase, and there's no real easy answer as to why, if this is all crap and this is some baseless vendetta, as you're certainly attempt to put out there as an alternative to you being a conniving scammer, you would refuse to offer a response. The way you keep defending yourself by saying "I've never had to pay anything back" - muhahahaha, yes you have! Time and again you've been called out on the scams you've pulled - its the reason there are about 10 usernames which track back to you, mostly banned, on various commodore/skyline boards tied up with selling phones, car parts and games consoles which don't exist, and this new eBay sideline you were running a couple of years back is gold - what kinda username is 'cherylsellers' or something anyway? Or were you banned under other names? "I've never been charged in 7 years" Yup, simple, and this is why you keep on getting away with it Jase. Some stuff you deliver, some stuff you don't... but when anyone looks like they're actually gonna nail you for something you didn't send, you make excuses and pay their cash back - which means they don't go to the cops. Funny, you never arrange an alternative meeting or shipping arangement, because the goods either never existed, or you took a picture of one and sold it to multiple buyers. Which means civil and criminal, you keep pulling the same bullshit, and keep getting away with it. The bloke you did on eBay who tracked you down here? Isn't it amazing that you took his cash and then couldn't offer a refund for 3 weeks - or, more accurately, until he TRACKED YOU DOWN TO THIS BOARD AND SCARED YOU by letting you know you could be found? It takes about 5 minutes on google looking up your other usernames (some of which are listed on page 2) to see that this is not the first time you've scammed people - its been going on, selectively, for years. Who am I? Like I said, you stole from me, pal. Like you stole from a whole lot of people. And now you're not gonna beat it anymore, pal. People won't buy your excuses if they know how you work. Now pal, onto more entertaining issues... as far as being attracted to you, mental, emotional and moral defects aside, who makes his spare pocket money by periodically selling things which don't exist, even if I WERE into blokes who looked like you, and being forced at gunpoint, I reckon I'd have to pass. I'd say take a long hard look at yourself, but you're pretty comfortable doing that, in terms of what you are, already. So man up and answer the question for the amusement and benefit of everyone watching this circus.
  12. Calm down on the capslock pal, I know you're getting frustrated at being called out, but there's no need to scream into cyberspace. It doesn't make your bullshit more convincing. Get the bloke's receipt and show us all. Let's see if it was before or after today. Isn't it amazing the way you completely ignore the majority of the issues in the posts and concentrate only on the one's you've got a slippery reply to? What was the reason your OWN BROTHER would publicly state that you'd been ripping people off and then give his phone number, and YOUR ADDRESS in an effort to sort it out? Is there some kind of mass conspiracy against you Jase? Does the post office specifically target the mail which supposedly leaves your hands? I mean, Australia Post loses things once in a while. But really pal, you must be the unluckiest bloke on the planet with all the stuff you've lost over SEVEN YEARS. Once is believable. A couple of times... why not give you the benefit of the doubt? But time after time? Bullshit. How about the thrashed goods people have been sent? No mention of those? And how about that phone you were selling here and then sold on eBay - the buyer may've gotten a refund, but did he get it from you or PayPal? And why did it take you being contacted on this forum to give him the refund? The button's right there on PayPal, after all, right? Jase, here is one simple questions for you to answer and the members of this forum to consider your response to. Were you any/all of that extensive list of usernames listed on page two, which time after time, board after board, just kept coming up in relation to scamming people, dating back to 2007? Please say no Jase, it'll be so much fun if you do. Wonder how I found you? You're not very careful. You've left trails of your stories everywhere you've gone. Just because you've never been charged, doesn't mean you've never been investigated (ha, you know that already), and it doesn't mean there are aren't a lot of people out there who aren't out money because you either deliver nothing using fake names, or deliver clapped out garbage using your name. You've gotten good at scamming - civil proof (getting your cash back) is not the same as criminal proof (getting charged by the cops), and unless people are aware of how you operate, you'll just keep on getting away with it. So how about it, Jase? What about suing me for defamation? Why don't you outright deny some of the information which has been put up so far, rather than ask rhetorical questions? How about a response to whether or not you are, in fact, all those usernames on page 2? Don't leave us hanging too long pal. To everyone else - do the reading and make your own conclusion. To buy that this bloke is not a selective scammer, you need to believe in lots, and lots, and lots, of coincidences happening to one poor bloke. For seven long years.
  13. Nice of you to pop up with a poorly worded and thought out reply, Jase. You had the option of tucking your dog tail between your legs (maybe to conceal your lack of balls) and walked away. You asked for it pal - you're gonna get it. First off, interestingly enough, there's evidence of you scamming people on eBay, seperate from scamming just on car forums, even on this very site, several years ago. The usual line about Australia Post not delivering was your story a full 3 years back by the look. Here you are pulling the same thing but with a mobile phone in late 2010... sorted out by PayPal? You mean, you scammed the bloke and then scammed PayPal and your account went negative? Or did you refund him because he managed to locate you via this forum? Caus that's what happened. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/348521-vic-samsung-galaxy-s-500/ The silence about all those other usernames and the scams involved with them, from your pissweak response, tells the whole story pal. What kind of genius were you back in the day to pull stupid scams from home, and then use the same computer and internet connection to sign up for another account just to pull the same thing? So let's get down to business then, shall we? The mobile number you've provided lately when flogging things which may/may not exist or may be thrashed, 0431135414, is one given by Jet Francis on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/JET31) for the sale of a Skyline (https://www.facebook.com/514308685271974/posts/644309762271865). Also, you gave the same number on your profile when you were flogging some Chihuahuas a while back... gotta wonder if anyone got one after paying you. Obviously, anyone looking at this post about a minute after Jase sees this and deletes the lot will not be able to access these links, but they're there for now. And nobody but YOU put them up, Jase. You 'publicly broadcast' them. So, we know JET31 is you. Also, your brother, Brad, 'publicly broadcasted' your parents' home phone number on another forum elsewhere some time ago - incidentally, where he SPECIFICALLY NAMES YOU AS SCAMMING PEOPLE USING HIS NAME! Isn't that a huge surprise? Go have a look - http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showpost.php?p=2996170&postcount=96. That aside, why don't you wank some more about the Privacy Act if you like, I'd be surprised if you knew how to read it. The username on FB that yours, JET31, is an interesting one. JET 31 is the Victorian rego of a white Skyline you wrote off (saying that someone else was behind the wheel, mind you) and that's where we start getting a bit more concerete with links. It ties you to all sorts of scams on other boards. From there, your username is tied to numerous others by amazing coincidences in IP registrations, mobile phone numbers - you're not too bright as it goes, pal. I reckon it'd be very hard to keep up with all the numbers you've used over the years and all. As to address, its not surprising you move around alot, but your folks are still where they've always been, with the same phone number. They'll know where to find you, pal. I mean, you don't live at 5 Medhurst Street East Burwood anymore, do you? And don't stress about that being 'publicly broadcasted', see that link above over at Calais Turbo? Your brother did it when you used his name to scam people! As for police visits, its well known that YOU rang them when someone else you scammed paid you a visit one day because you brilliantly left your return address on the parcel of clapped out garbage you sent him (before you were a semi professional scammer). I mean, you're really good at dealing with cops - you reckon if they don't book you for being an idiot, you somehow 'won' the encounter and then whack it on Facebook, isn't that about the level you function at? So, who am I? Jase, I'm one of the many, many people you've stolen from over the long years you've been playing at this stuff. That won't give you much of a hint, the list's probably as long as the Yellow Pages by now. I won't get anything from you. But with any luck, this'll be the end of you pulling your scams on others. And if I'm full of it, as you're trying to suggest, better hop to it on the defamation lawsuit pal! But we both know that isn't gonna happen, don't we?
  14. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/441101-fs-brand-new-kinugawa-kando-t67-billet/page-2 Some people, like you, need to stop selectively ripping people off for fun and profit after being at it for 7 years.
  15. hy_rpm - Leave an email address mate. System won't let me PM. You can give his folks a ring and see if they want to sort you out before you send the cops down to Blackburn Road, Blackburn South. Don't worry - they ALL know him around there. Unsurprisingly, Jase isn't saying much in his defence at this stage. Another account burned pal, this one from 2010! I wonder what your next name's gonna be and where you'll pop up next?
  16. jet2nv, Its story time. Amazing the stories Jet/Jason/Jayson S**** F****** likes to tell, and its also amazing how his history of not delivering things people buy from him seems to follow him everywhere he goes. It goes back at least 7 years at this point. Seems your handwriting must REALLY suck, ey pal? iPhones, carparts, games consoles - Jase has been investigated for pretending to sell ALL this good stuff since as far back as 2007. There are even people who go so far as to claim he has stolen a transmission and then used a second dummy account to resell that same transmission. You'll read that in a moment. How it works is simple - some stuff he sends to buyers, and some stuff he doesn't. When your stuff doesn't show, he can point at everyone he's delivered to for support (and good on ya guys, you're all part of his scam without knowing it). If he has to meet you in public, you'll get it. If it can be posted, you're taking your chances. He's not stupid enough to rip off anyone who can back up his reputation or could come and visit him to sort it out. He's also known to involve his brother B., in his plots and schemes. His ex-wife, L., with the rich parents from the leafy, wealthy suburb of Camberwell, used to help him out with all this too. If anyone's bipolar and needs to take their meds, its this bloke, for his serious issues with multiple personalities. jet2nv is also known by a few other names. Accounts/usernames which have been linked to him include: gtr2nv, sexyjet, Jet31, RB31GT (over at forum.r31skylineclub.com) siknos (most likely his brother), jetbye, sl33p3r, Jet (over at calaisturbo.com.au) sexyjet, jet31 (over at skylineclub.com) That's not even CLOSE to a full list. Spend five minutes on a search engine and look for yourself if you're interested - this is a busy, busy bloke, all the way back to '07. Other forums, you will find posts of his locked up and specific information that the account was under investigation by the cops for ongoing, systematic scamming. Here's a brief summary of what Jase was like as of January of '09, as per a forum member over at r31skylineclub - not this poster's opinion, but a direct quote. "A repeat forum scammer from the whitehorse area, with a mobile phone number ending in 3533 is using multiple user accounts, and even other forum members accounts in attempts to evade. He has sold many members faulty goods(a head with a crack filled with body filler), has sold imaginary items(VLT Injectors) and has even stolen goods from another member(Auto transmission) and then used a secondary account to resell the goods." So there you have it. Got his folks' address and home number here too if anyone needs to get in touch with you. But you'd already know that, seeing as how B. threatened to sue ReverseAustralia.com for having your address associated with the home number. Wonder how many times people have rocked up for a chat? And Jase... You can threaten to sue me for 'defamating' you as much as you like, pal. Best defence to that is that what I'm saying's the truth. And the word you're grasping for is 'defamation' by the way. Onya, pal.
