Umm I’d have to dig up some old photos. Pretty easy to do a conversion though, I’ve done two now on jackstands in a shed. Message me if you need any other help if you’d like. I don’t often check this forum.

Yes mate. So from what I’ve been told, non turbo and turbo clusters are different. Get yourself a non turbo cluster and see if you get the speedo back! Save yourself the labour!! I have the non turbo cluster in Adelaide if you want to try it.

Looking for a full set of brakes. Calipers, rotors and pads. Can buy rotors and pads separate. Also looking for rear turbo hubs or wheel bearings.

Had it sorted by a workshop, it ended up being a non turbo cluster which reads speed from the diff! So wasted a lot of time and money on something that was fairly straight forward.
Oh well, I bought another auto 34 today to convert, so should be able to do that fairly easily.

I don’t have any photos mate. From what I’ve seen though, converting a manual harness into auto looks fairly complex. What happened to your harness? I can get photos but the cars currently in the workshop sorting the speedo.

Have the manual one in now. Yeah that’s what I’m thinking, could be the Speedo sensor. Which is annoying.

Hey mate, cheers. Not really sure what do to as I’ve tried both speedo sensors. It’s literally just two wires joined to two wires so I don’t know what’s wrong?

Nope.. Tried both auto speedo connectors and tried both wires and tried them opposite ways and nothing which is quite annoying! Your reverse wires were spot on though cheers! Might have to get it finished off by an auto elec, unless you got photos or something?

Hey mate, got the reverse lights sorted. Cheers. Can’t get the Speedo working though.. we tried yellow to brown and grey to black but didn’t work. Any help? Are they the correct wires?

Hmm not really sure what you mean. Will be working on the car tomorrow so hopefully can get an idea once looking at the wires.

Isn’t there 2 Speedo sensors from auto box? Which one did you use?

Got the inhibitor switch working.
Id have to get photos a bit later. There’s a brown and black plug from the auto box speed sensor. Not sure which one to use. And then a black and green sensor from th PNP switch. Green isn’t used. The black one you use red wire and a ground wire from the speedo sensor for the reverse. Just need some photos to follow really.

Have tried piecing together what could be the problem but can't find a definitive answer.
Have just converted my 34 to manual.
Bled the clutch about 15 times. Master cyl>Dampener box>slave.
Slave does move and pushes on fork.
Can feel a tiny bit of pressure on the pedal at the very end but the pedal doesn't kick back.
What can I be missing? Could the fork or thrust bearing not be seating properly?
Can start car in gear and drive but can't use the clutch at all.

Hey guys, been trawling through every forum trying to find diagrams and pictures to help with wiring an auto to manual conversion for my R34 GTT. Have done everything apart from wiring. I have read a thread but had no pictures. Think I've done all the gearbox wiring correctly, however, struggling to find the inhibitor switch. Anyone who's done this should be able to help me? Some are saying inhibitor switch is by the fuse box but still unsure?

Hi everyone,
I have removed and refitted my engine and auto gearbox but have come to a stump as I don’t know where this plug goes to. It comes from the trans and looks like it goes into the engine bay somewhere. I should have taken more photos when removing everything but was in a rush ?
Any help much appreciated.

Just passed my 33 through vehicle inspection. Have all stock parts if anyone needs anything.

Yeah I've looked around a fair bit. Can't really find anything of interest in white. Might have to resort to painting
