Battery is good, fully charged it as well i also tried with jump pack still no luck.

i got this 32 for 1.5k just to basically restore... it always has a rough time starting since i took the valve covers off to paint and put back on lol...no more start in fact its doing something ive never seen before it seems as if its turning over then stops for a split second and tries again although im holding the key down.
